Will post fully tomorrow when I get a sniff of the laptop but just to let you all know I poas & it's negative for me.not as upset as I thought i would be as mother nature warned me with oil slick skin/ hunger/ tierdness & finally tonight... Cramp. Knew the game was up then so thought I'd test as af due tomorrow anyway. Glad I waited until af was due to test as at least this cycle will seem shorter than last one. Really want to hastle my friend about her cb fert monitor, it's in her bro in laws garage at mo as they moving but really want it ASAP as she said it takes couple of months to read cycle.

Morning all
Went to bed at 9:30 last night as was totally spent from being in a strange bed for 3 nights etc.

I've triple checked my dates and AF was due last week for certain: on the Mon & Tues I had spotting, full flow came in the Wed. So even if you said Wed was day 1 (and that would make it a 30 day cycle) it'd mean I'd have had spotting on Wed & Thurs, full-flow-Friday.

I've even trawled through our last thread to check my AF announcement (I did it on full-flow day, Wed 11th April) .

My cycle is generally 27.5 to 28 days (comes a few hours earlier every 4 weeks).

AF still isn't here but I have lower back pain / dull ache and am a little crampy at the front. Even the little chin pimple has gone!!!

I will wait until the middle of next week and test again, I'll be a good week late then.

I have read all the posts, including drunk ones , and am so grateful to have such a supportive bunch of friends on here

Flying do you know for sure what day you ov'd? Could it be that you ov'd late?

I agree it is wonderful to have support here. This is something that many of us can't talk to anyone else about.

Don't know my ov date. I've been using the 14 day rule although I ov'd on day 15 when I had DS.
My plan was to test for ov this next cycle.
I don't do the temp thing (I can barely remember to take my meds each day!)

When I conceived DS we tried for 4 cycles, unsuccessfully, then used ov sticks for just 1 cycle and were successful.
I make sure we dtd on days 12, 14 & 16 atm, as I hope that will cover an early or a late ov - TMI?!!

What about cm?
I'm looking likely to ov a week early if my cm is anything to go by.

These things can change for no reason.

Good point pipbin. These things can change, the month I conceived dd 4 I oved way over a week early which came so close to catching me out

I'll read through with a functioning brain tomorrow. The thought of CM at the moment isn't great. AF is due here in the morning, I am determined to temp properly (close mouth or your stats look like you are dead) and be entirely positive in the mental and POAS way.

Awww wiggy :( I'll let you into the secret that I did yet another test yesterday morning and got a BFN as well (dont let on to the others i wasted yet another fiver). Valentines babies are definitely the way forward....we can call them Cupid or Dr Love or something.

I just remembered reading about Deanna's Plan from when we were TTC#1. Anyone else ever hear of it? I'll probably modify it a bit this month because I know a bit more about my cycle than a woman using this for the first time would, but it's a good way to ensure you get the timing right.

So something very odd is happening.

I feel a bit thrushie and have sore boobs still. I have thrush for nearly the entire pregnancy with DS (did my head in)

Maybe AF was so light I completely missed it, not even a smudge on the loo roll.... Oh that'd be the AF from heaven!!
But in reality, she hits me like a horror movie so no, no chance of that happening.

No real symptoms (other than the 2 above) of anything...

lbot - thanks for sharing 'Deanna's plan' - I'd forgotten about it but I do remember it now from 'last time round'. It's a useful guide to the best way to use OPKs and how to time DTD. Might have to try that next month.

blackcats - I've started taking B6 as well in the last couple of days. I found that I could only get 10mg in Boots, but went to Superdrug and got 50mg.

Flying I'm sorry it's driving you mad but ovulation can change lots from cycle to cycle. You can't really be sure you're late unless you know when you ov'd.

Treats I just bought B6 today as well. I got 100 mg in Holland & Barrett.

DH is out tonight and there's nothing on tv! I hate that!
