Yes, I do have the PCOS (newly christened "pretty crap ovaries" in this house!). Temping has always worked in the past for me, so not sure why this cycle has gone haywire!

Guidelines for my area are bmi 26. Before Christmas I ha got down to a bmi of under 25, but I have been eating so much recently... And I'm too scared to weigh myself in case it sends me into loopy weight loss behaviour :(

I'd go faith, but only if I was a) fairly confident I would not bump into anyone from work and b) if I was well enough, and to be honest, you don't sound that well yet... And yes, dildo-cam was okay news, or not much news. It means I am set up for a slightly "longer" cycle, than last time. Expecting a 27-day one, which is good and fairly normal. No sechsing after tonight, I reckon (we came to the conclusion that SB's contribution is best with regular clear-outs, so now we abstain for only 48hrs before...)

BMI rules are weird, and I can totally see the point of not weighing yourself (me stepping on the broken scales earlier this year, did send me in a bit of a tail spin) but I would do so if I was going to be weighed after the weekend, to be honest. Difficult. Sorry about the gain since Christmas. In many ways, I would say deal with it now. Cake making is my preferred answer to being miserable (just signed up for a workshop in June :) ) so I sympathise with that too!!

Yes I agree, weird chart! A couple of dips that could have been pre-ovulation dips but not peak that could pinpoint your ovulation. Sorry cavey.
I am 100% certain I will be seen. Last time we went to see a comedian, well comedienne, it was Sarah Millican, I saw at least 6 people we knew! Exciting stuff doesn't happen often in our little city so people make the most of it! Also, almost everyone I know from work is going out for someone's leaving do and they won't be far from the theatre. I would be seen! I think I'm going to push MSB to go anyway. He needs a good night out!
I'm optimistic you'll be ok Norf, when did you last weigh yourself? I dread to think what I weigh now with the lack of exercise and excess chocolate. Trying not to think about it and know it'll come off when I'm well enough to exercise again!

Still unmedicated (except for the trigger) and two reasonable follies in the right ovary. Neither big enough yet and one with a 1-2mm advantage. The lady could not tell whether both of them would be ready or just the bigger one. I scared the hell out of SB with a quick mention of twins :)

I just found my logging in stuff for FF and my charts were odd too (not much temp differences, but crosshairs at roughly the right time. No point now, as a) I don't temp, b) the big O-date is known (you get an override option when you enter a trigger shot) and c) it scares me more than the fun and games at the clinic (which does not bother me, apart from the will they won't they about eggs and follies etc).

Getting a new thermometer would also be my first port of call with your chart, cavey. And where is you Beshtionaire shred, I must go and look back.

Oh no about your not-quite-fanjo-cam experience shred! Yes, I did go back and found it, because I was to curious. When they do it right, it is MUCH better, I assure you.

Oh and progress: douze points for laundry done and dinner-with-friends over the weekend; minus zirteen for efforts on assignment and job application. Giving up on the latter (no clear deadline= fatal) and focussing on the former. So will be back SOON :)

Thanks all for confirming that my chart does indeed look nuts! I don't think my thermometer is broke, I bought it when I started the Clomid so it's only 5 months old!
Hmm, I shall wait it out for a week or so and then think about POASing if no droid. Thankfully I have no pee sticks in the house to tempt me

Going on jeans tightness, I should still be within half a stone of my pre-Christmas weight, which would bring me in at just under bmi 26. Fingers crossed.

Weird chart, cave. It looks like some of my old ones, with that massive pronounced dip, then nothing. I think someone told me that it might indicate a progesterone deficiency in that cycle. But I might not be remembering right.
