About time I start a thread! Pom poms still shaking, bumps growing, babies and toddlers talk a plenty, while the support, laughs, hand holds and weebling continues...

Its a nightmare vjay. When we started night training, Isaac was dry at night for months. It was Luke that had the accidents. Now its the other way round, but we think that most of Isaac's are related to anxiety. He has wet the bed 2-3x a night some times.

Cjays bet wetting is down to his brain not realising that his bladder is full so it doesn't wake him up. We have controls in place like no drink past a certain time and lifting him if we think it's nessecary, this works most of the time

Just popping in to say I will email you all this weekend. I want to get pics of Devon and Henry together on fri at the party, then I will forward them to you all.
I have an infection/ hematoma (sp?) in my scar, I knew I would get one because I was doing so much as the mil was a lazy bugger not as much help as we had hoped. So I'm on a 5 day course of anti b's

Contract signed for Paris we will be based in central London for 6 weeks beginning in April so if any of you girls are about and fancy a meet up let me know. I don't mind travelling to see you all. Paris will begin around may time. Thank you to monkey for the texts and offers of help. I can't wait to meet you!

4ever I have been thinking about you lots this week, I know how hard it must be for you as you approach your edd. I hope you are taking lots of cuddles from summer. I am still aware that my updates might be too much, hence not really saying too much and concentrating on the move etc.

Where are all the ladies with bumps? Have you all got your heads down a wc? pls come back and update.

Ahh bless you barbie but perlllleeeeaaasse dont refrain from talking about Henry and your babymoon as much as you like, its very sweet of you to be so sensitive but I really do want to hear all about it and I'm desperate to see a photo! Obviously I'm having moments about my impending edd, but as i said, I'm totally not beating myself up with the 'could of beens' , I did that so much the previous 4 times, as i was so desperate to have a baby, now I've Summer, its totally different, its sad obviously, but in a different way...
Anyway, I'm so glad youre still coming to London for a bit! We definitely have to meet up!

One lady on the May AN thread had her baby a couple of days ago at 26+6 ...she had pre-eclampsia so needed EMCS...scary stuff though; I feel v unprepared!!

Sorry for being AWOL but E has been poorly and then I've been poorly since Friday. Went to gp Monday she said virus but ended up in hospital 2 am this morning unable to breathe due to pain in side. After lots of tests they gave me anti sickness drugs (non stop throwing up for 3 days) anti-bs etc by drip decided I've got nasty chest infection and let me out this morning so feeling v sorry for myself but I'm lurking ladies x x

Cupcake heartburn equals a full head of hair! Definitely the case for me with Summer! Caught last weeks obem, talk about heart in mouth, sobbed all through it as always! Sat down to watch tonights but Summer woke up all distressed the poor sausage was inconsolable for about 40 mins, calpol, cuddles and her ben and holly dvd did the trick in the end, still not sure what was up, though her routine was messed up today as she dropped her nap so maybe to do with that...

Vjay & Louey you're still up there in supermum status by my book for managing early morning runs and the shred!

Barbie hope Dolly has a fab party on friday, sure you'll be making an extra big fuss for the new big sis!

May not get on for nx few days as its DHs birthday too on saturday, am baking him a cake tomorrow, I've been busy all week organising and preparing for it, just random stuff like wrapping pressies, getting balloons and buying cake stuff, i like to spoil him, he does so much for me.. Big family meal out on actual birthday so looking forward to that..

Sick DTs here - not much sleep all round and I'm losing the will a bit. Roll on 7pm....

'lo all - just got back from a very lovely holiday in Barbie's soon to be ex sandpit. Didn't manage to meet up and so, will be very much up for a london meet before you go to Paris.
Got back at about 3 and dc's did really well - they've just gone to bed and eldest has fallen asleep reading her book ( we have photographic proof). BB was great on the plane mainly due to the constant entertainment from me and dh!!
Dubai was great - lovely to get some sun, kids loved wild wadi, global village( as did the big kids) and playing with their friends. We all loved the beaches, parks and the fountains in the dubai mall.Went to a kids birthday party which was amazing - a bit different to the parties my kids go to - swimming pool that goes under the house, the biggest bouncy slide ever, loads of animals and horses to ride - my eldest two thought they had died and gone to heaven!! BB was great at staying up late, slept great in her travel cot, slept in in the mornings and didn't spend anytime in our bed -which is completly unheard off and our friends did everything for us - felt like a real holiday and am now v chilled!!

Will be back for personals soon - hope dolly had a great birthday, hope you're feeling better budhha and that you've had/ having a lovely birthday for dh, 4ever

Lbm your hols sounded fantastically fabulous! Dubai is amazing as we discovered on our honeymoon! Sounds like the kids were in there absolute element!

Talking of books must thank blue again for suggestion of the you to me journals, Dh absolutely loves it and has practically planned each answer already! He had a lovely birthday, the cake was a success too, we went to frankie and bennys so they brought the cake out whilst the whole place sang happy birthday, it was the whole shabang! Summer was sooo good and amazingly cute and funny too, superproud!

Tbh the spoiling of Dh is also endorsed by the sadness of his 30th, just back from an amazing romantic valentines/birthday trip to Venice, initially booked to help get over tge first mc, but by time we went were pg the 2nd time, only to have our 3rd scan on Dhs actual birthday thinking it would help make the day, to see the babys heart had stopped beating...

Can't help but always remember that obviously, we don't really even discuss it, and don't let it mar his day, its a quiet memory basically, but subconsciously want to spoil him that extra bit.. Of course this year, I'm a bit more conscious as my edd would of been this Thursday, the 23rd... I had a really vivid long dream last night that I was heavily pregnant and nearly due, and I could hear the heartbeat by just putting my ear to my tummy, my dad was in my dream too (i dream of him often) and I was getting him to listen, as well as a variety of other people in a host of wierd and wonderful locations, such as theatres, public toilets and the set of eastenders! It was actually lovely and felt so real, I woke a few times and tried to get straight back into it cos it felt so real.. I've been trying to work out since if its my subconscious thinking of what could of been right now, or if perhaps Ive a little bean starting out?!?! Either way it felt so real and I liked the feeling of being pg again so much, i think perhaps I'm ready for it again now...

Yes was watching call the midwife, loved it. Nowhere near as good or as moving as the book but nonetheless a really good adaptation. Miranda hart was so amazing!

4ever I too hope your dream is furture telling and that Thursday is bearable - s we all say, the build up can be worse than the reality and in some cases, we needed to get the edd out of the way before the next bean is ready - in my case, it was 4 days after my edd that BB was concieved and the most lovely bundle of cuddles she is too!

Spent last night doing a photobook for the kids of the holiday - which was lovely and then today was my ds's 7th birthday, so had his friends round for the now traditional chocolate and strawberry cake. Party is in a few weeks. He also had the now traditional melt down as he couldn't build his lego model .

Anyway, need to go - got to do some certificates tonight for the school reading challenge...

Had a fairly awful weekend - we had to cancel my DDad and SM coming down to stay as poor Isaac was really very poorly and I think he actaully had flu as he had all the symptoms . We were dishing out calpol and calprofen every few hours just to keep his temperature down. Kept him off school yesterday as even though his temperature had gone he wasn't eating and looked dreadful. He is back today although I suspect he will be wiped for most of this week. He's lost loads of weight, his pj bottoms were falling down on Sunday. Luke had a milder version so he's ok, Oscar has got a stinking cold and is teething and he's been puking up feeds and been up in the night as well but last night they all slept most of the way through (slight blip with Isaac but didn't last too long).

Have been for a run this morning for the first time in a week and I'm feeling much better. Think I had a dose of cabin fever. On a diet so no pancakes for me today, might do some with the boys at the weekend. Oscar is still not eating much finger food so it would be a total waste cooking just for him. And now I'm off to ebay some more things. My dining room looks like a jumble sale, maternity clothes everywhere. I hope its worth it!

Thank you for all of dollies birthday messages and wishes. We have had a nice day, although like poor Isaac she is suffering with flu like symptoms, although the anti b's she was on for th last few weeks should of wiped it out of her. However since we stopped her last dose it seems to have returned. Ds seems to been snotty too, although the trip to the doctor ruled anything out.

lbm your holiday sounds most fabulous. Dd also had the same animal party -minus- -the- -pool-, we did however for go the pony as I couldn't deal with the arguments on who's turn it was next. Pretty funny seeing the look on the parents face when they come into the garden to see our gazebo turned into a barn complete with bales of hay and goats jumping on our sun beds will defo meet you in London. Hope the weather wasn't too much of a shock for you on your return. Oh and happy 7th birthday for your ds

4ever lovely that you had a dream that felt so real and made you happy. Your dh birthday sounds nice, shame it was blighted by unhappy memories I know how hard the run up to this edd is, full of what should of been...we are all here to stop you from wobbling like a weeble and to hold you upright...feel free to text anytime you are feeling low x

vjay I'm getting mightily stressed at myself not being able to exercise -and- -pigging- -out- - on- -chocolate- I wish I could start shredding. I'm not thin enough for Europe at the moment all my winter clothes are per dc, so I have 6 weeks to attempt to fit in a few of them. How are the boys?

cupcake do we get to know any of your name list? Forgive me but how many weeks are you now? I hope you are resting cos its no bloody likely that you will with two!!!

I have more to write but I have to find a lactation nurse as I have some problems with one of my nipples...won't bore you all but it's bloody painful, I'm sure the latch is ok but I need to rule out thrush, maybe caused by my anti b for the scar.

Buddha - glad you're feeling better, its awful being ill and having a wee one to look after makes it even harder.. try not to focus on getting a 2012 baby, just getting well and resuming SWI Although something to note for you and 4ever - if you want a Christmas Day baby you need to get jiggy on or around the 2nd/3rd Apri (if your cycle dictates ).

4ever - glad your DH had a lovely birthday, I agree with Buddha you are so good to him, I know he knows it but just want to say. Dreams are our sub concious's way of sorting things out so, yes, it may now be time for you to get those sausages sizzling resume ttc'ing, how exciting and our hands are here to hold x

Feeling a bit and

I decided to open my little babies memory bag up, I'm lucky enough to have scan pics and letters for 4 of my 5 angel babies, and its just nice for me to have something to mark there little lives... For my last angel baby I've 3 scan photos, 1is from the day we saw it had died, may seem wierd to some, but they offered the pic and i said yes, id always regretted not saying yes to the offer of the pic the day we saw my 13wk old 3rd baby had died just a few days earlier... Anyway also in the bag is my ante natal apt card & letters with booking in and nuchal scan details, as well as my letters from each scan id had with all the details, sizes and dates etc - turns out I've remembered my edd wrong..
By the lmp dates it was 21st Feb, but by ultrasound dates its 25th Feb.... Maybe my subconscious knew it might of been in the middle of those at the 23rd?!
Either way I think I've had my little moment of reminiscence, this week of our lives may of been very very different, but its not, and for the first time ever I'm able to feel that it just wasn't meant to be, and just hope that its up there with all my other angels at peace... As i said on the day, RIP my little angel
