Thank you all for your welcomes, there is so much chat here it is difficult to keep up with it all.

I had a definitely negative pg test this morning, so I think that that means my body has got rid of everything - I have never been so happy to only see one line. I think I'll count today as CD1 and see what happens with af.

Jamiesam - very good to see you here. I find it quite exciting to be thinking about the future now. I don't know about a race to the line tho', because I am not intending to properly go for it this month so you have a head start on me - I am just rooting for everyone else more than myself this month.

HellKat - wow, you are a tough cookie aren't you, I don't think I would have it in me to not have the scan tomorrow, I just couldn't.

Coathanger - I want to retrain as a midwife too! If you are doing the access course do you have a guaranteed place on a diploma/degree course? I'll be interested to know how it goes.

yes I would imagine it would be difficult to go swimming with a few children...gosh the thought

Rubles - I think I was told that officially you are not guarenteed a place on the midwifery degree, but statistically there is a high rate of acceptance, purely because after an Access course you are more ready for a degree course. A-levels are acedemic but as part of an access course you are taught how to study and present work at degree standard. The uni likes students that already know What are you trained to do now, Rubles?

I'm waiting for af have to do a pregnancy test next week. Am waiting for first af and visiting consultant before trying again just in case the problems I had conceiving caused the m/c too. Also it will be good to have a break after 8 months of ttc. Had to buy a pregnancy test and condoms at the weekend which seemed very odd.

You guys have probably cottoned on that i dont allways get things1st time round and sometimes have surreal thoughts anyway nb "where do i put the thermometer incident" Well got myself laughing to myself again 2day. I remember reading that when cm looks like egg white your ovulating (or likely to be) So i got thinking is that raw egg white or fried? lol , but the sad thing is i really didnt know, cause now heres a bit tmi, but my cm is loads of different textures and can be clear, thick etc. You can stop laughing now

Glad i amused u all, so is dh working ch? Or cant u get to computer cause your busy? . Im working a few hrs tomorrow, but ds is so difficult leaving for nursery i wont get a lie in, eventhough im starting at 10, pls nursery is further away then childminder from work. Pepper thanks for that, i did work it out myself, just think my thinking goes a bit strange sometimes.

G4P - Dh is back on his normal hours now thank goodness! I haven't been on much today as I am full of cold and feel pretty rough to be honest. I am off to bed early tonight so I will chat to you all tomorrow!!

Thanks for your wondefully kind words and thoughts, big muahhh to all of you.
Not sure if I'm brave or stupid regarding cancelling the scan, just going by instinct really. I did cancel (& the op) and have a new scan booked for 10th Feb. The best news is, the consultant who was performing my endo surgery wants to see me throughout the pg and book me in whenever's convenient. Gets even better though, he's the top guy who deals with SPD!!!! So looks like I'll be getting that treated early too. Just gets better really.

My computer reminder has told me im fertile and ovulating lol, but spookily i think i am (according to other egg like signs) Dh is working late but hopefully not too late
