Making chilli with soya mince today (for a change to lamb) so am gonna try again, but not sure wether they may cotton on, as soya has quite a light texture and may not disguise them as well. DH will work out the parsnip (tastes too strong) but will try swede

Well dinner was lovely I am so happy with myself that I am doing this. I hope I see a good result from this (fingers crossed). Tomorrow I plan to have Toast again for breakfast, a sandwich or maybe beans on toast for lunch, and a frozen meal with veg for tea (planning beef casserole for DH and boys but would be too naughty for me ) So hopefully it will be all good for day 3

Its been a long time coming though G4P! I have been needing to do this for ages. I hadn't put on loads of weight but I knew Ihad to nip it in the bud before xmas but I didn;t get round to it. SO now I have the little bit I put on plus the christmas eating to lose. But I am determined!

I should try myself really, but there is so much lovely food in supermarkets at mo. I bought some stilton and cranberry crisps yummm. I think it might get easier once im at work though. As less time to eat . Ive said before though, that dh allways makes me feel great and am fairly confident with body. I only get riled when i see slim people wearing clothes id like to wear

If you are confident with your body hun, then don't worry. I hate my body, I know I can be and have been much slimmer and I am unhappy when I am bigger than I should be. If I weren't so unhappy I wouldn't bother. DH loves me for me and he doesn't matter what size I am (and I've been all sizes, from 12.5 stone to 7.5 stone since knowing him) Si I don't do it for other people I do it for myself.
I say good on you for being confident and enjoying who you are. I'm quite envious actually!

CH you are determined aren't u. I will probably find it easier when I am at work. Too many naughty things left over from christmas still lurking in the cupboards at home. Once I start I will have to go on for at least a year. I have loads to lose. About 5 stones..... I have done it b 4 so know I can do it. It might even be good for me as it will give me something else to focus on rather than just TTc and counting cycle days and treatment days etc..

Oh, by the way Me and DH are definatley coming on the 21st...

Morning everyone. slept through my alarm this morning, so pleased no kids were ringing my doorbell. just managed to get dressed and washed before they arrived. phew.

We're due snow today apparently, wonder if that will happen. for once i hope it doesn't. Dh is driving 4 hours to Norwich this morning, so will spend 8 hours driving today, no fun. all for one meeting what a waste.
