Well its about time you had a new thread.
I wanted to wish you all the best of luck with your trying to conceive and say that it might take weeks months or years, but you won't find a better group for support.
We have all been through the same experinces and talking to someone who has felt the same makes a world of difference.
You will all get your BFP's soon and in the meantime, lets try and keep as calm and de-stressed as possible.

DOH i knew i shouldn't have attemped to link them!

Atomicstockinghanger · 28/11/2005 16:54

I saw Blue Kangeroo on the internet but as it is very children orientated, and some of us will be coming without kids, I though it might not be quite right.

I have spoken to HK and I think she likes the idea of the Italian.

mygarland · 28/11/2005 17:10

looked at those 3 places and i'd be happy to go to any of them, but even if i minded it's not like i know if i'm coming or not so work around who def is and the ppl who decide later'll have to go with the flow!

mincepee · 28/11/2005 20:52

SH, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner but have got the bloody flu and A/F has arrived too. I am chuffed to bits with A/F arriving on time and as predicted by the prof. He got the dates write what a star. I am happy cos it looks as though the progesterone is working. The proper term for what I may have is a LUTEAL PHASE DEFECT. Let's hope this is what it is as it is easily treatable.

Now, onto business.......
BELLA PASTA, menu looks fab count me adn DH in. I am noramlly quite picky with Italian restaurants as I am of italian descent but I trust you.

( following must be read with an Italian accent!)
Ifffa it issa no gooda I killa you.. CAPISCE!

mincepee · 28/11/2005 20:58

Oh my god, blue kangaroo looks crazy.......
I don't think I should go there. It took me years to decide to try and have kids and i don't want to be put of at this stage

never Knew it existed....will tell my friends, their kids will love it.

mincepee · 28/11/2005 21:01

xmasspub · 29/11/2005 08:53

Hi,
I'm at work. Trying not to fall asleep at my desk. Just had a sneaky 10 minute nap! The joys of having an office to myself!

mygarland · 29/11/2005 09:19

Hi all, congrats Diddle on reaching 12 wks,

Not been able to speak to DH about meet as he's working overtime to get my birthday off (Tue) bless his cotton socks, but you're really making me wanna come!

Ooops I was supposed to go to a SATs meeting at DD1's school yesterday but forgot! Gonna have to ask someone how it went.

Got my 1st xmas cards 2day, gonna send ours out 1st Dec.

Suppose I'd better get some more toy tidying done so we can have DD2's friend round and my friends (which I've managed to put off until next wkend now). Soooooooooo much to do soooooooooo little time! Oh and I need to do some xmas internet shopping not many ppl to buy for tho so not bad but credit card gonna get a battering!

XmasAngelCrimboKat · 29/11/2005 09:20

Morning my darlin's.
Have the cold from Hades here (posh word for hell, bowels of Earth etc dontcha know ).
Mincepee- My dp is half italian lol very fussy when it comes to italian food but loved the look of the menu.
Money should be ok for then (hoorahh) Í'm just hoping that the endo/cyst surgery is over way before then. Don't fancy travelling for ages with stitches (but I'm sure Ch would have me splitting them anyway with laughter ).
How's everyone?

carlychristmas · 29/11/2005 11:53

where is everyone this morning??
Im sorry to be a pain but i need some advice/help please i am pretty sure i ovd this cycle am on cd16 today was feeling sicky yesterday still the same today but this morning i woke up and thought i felt a bit wet and when i looked in the mirror my breasts seemed to have leaked a little something!!!! does anyone have any idea?? Is there something wrong with me?!

mumsXMASwish · 29/11/2005 11:59

I'm afraid I cant really help Carly. As far as I know it's not unnatural for your breasts to leek (esp if you've had a baby before) but I'd wait until someone is on who can give you better advice and an actual reason why. Other than that all I can offer is hugs.

I'm off for some lunch now so I@ll speak to you all this afternoon.

xmasspub · 29/11/2005 12:24

I had leaky boobs about 10 days before a positive pregnancy test.......

carlychristmas · 29/11/2005 13:47

really?? i didnt even think of that i thought maybe it was a sign of infection of something. I suffered really bad with leaky boobs with both children from about 17 wks i couldnt leave the house without my trusty breastpads i have never leaked this early on though, and ive had nothing since.

mumsXMASwish · 29/11/2005 13:58

ohhhh Carly. Sounds good.

Don't get toooo excited yet tho, as I'd really be gutted if it's nothing.

I'll keep everything crossed for you!

xmasspub · 29/11/2005 14:01

Carly,
Yes, don't want to raise any hopes or 'owt but that was what happened with me. I posted on MN to ask if it might be a pregnancy sign and got feedback suggesting it was more likely to be a hormone imbalance1! Think (sadly) you'll just have to wait and see. Such a pisser, isn't it?
Fingers crossed very hard for you!

mumsXMASwish · 29/11/2005 14:24

This is the dog I want and how can you say no?!

saluki

It has to be this exact one. Reminds me of a streamlined doberman or roterweiler

carlychristmas · 29/11/2005 15:00

well im not too hopeful but it would be nice early christmas present. all i keep thinking is that if my af arrives at least i can have a good ol' christmas drink
MUMS that dog is adorable

mumsXMASwish · 29/11/2005 15:11

would be a nice xmas present.

I don't think I've settled properly still (from 2 months af missing) I'm back on the pills for 2/3 months and took my last pill last fri and still no af. I hope this sorts itself out. Although I have been getting loads of CM (Sorry if TMI)

I hope its just me panicking over nothing but since having the D&C (I Think thats what its called) they've not been right and I'm really worrying that they've broke something.

Am I being really stupid?

mincepee · 29/11/2005 15:56

Don't worry too much. Mine have changed drastically too.. A/F used to be a few days bleed for me now it's a heavy clotty flow for 5 days and i get stomach cramps.

If you really do beleive that something went wrong during the d&c go to see your gp and express your concerns.

Good luck
