Well its about time you had a new thread.
I wanted to wish you all the best of luck with your trying to conceive and say that it might take weeks months or years, but you won't find a better group for support.
We have all been through the same experinces and talking to someone who has felt the same makes a world of difference.
You will all get your BFP's soon and in the meantime, lets try and keep as calm and de-stressed as possible.

mincepee · 06/12/2005 13:37

ASH i am not leaving the force am just on annual leave. They owe me loads due to the mix up with leave and miscarraiges. They owed me about 80 hours and I have to take it b 4 2006.

mumsXMASwish · 06/12/2005 13:38

No, I'm keeping the grin hidden. Don't want work to find out, looks like I'm stuck here till August then. Is it really bad if you get a new job when pg?

jinglediddle · 06/12/2005 13:38

wow 80 hours thats nice, i fancy some of those hours off

OP posts:
carlychristmas · 06/12/2005 13:39

ash happy anniversary have a lovely day xx
Mums hoping to join you soon

jinglediddle · 06/12/2005 13:40

if you get one now mums, don't tell them, it wouldn't stop me looking. i'd carry on looking. definitly. you need to do whats best for you and baby. You ahve to ahve been with your employer for a certain number of weeks to get maternity pay from them, so wouldn't change jobs near the end of the pregnancy. but still look now

OP posts:
mumsXMASwish · 06/12/2005 13:43

Thats ok then, cos I worry that staying here would make more bad things than good. Might not be allowed to go hospitals etc....

FirstSaintNikkilass · 06/12/2005 13:45

mums go to www.direct.gov.uk/Parents/fs/en this gives all legal info.

Also by law they have to allow you to hospital visits

mumsXMASwish · 06/12/2005 13:45

I hope you all join me on the august thread. Carly, ASH, Nikki, Potty, Kat, Strike! Everyone!

jinglediddle · 06/12/2005 13:45

surely they can't stop you going to your hospital appointments. you stay in control. this is your baby not works

FirstSaintNikkilass · 06/12/2005 13:46

mumsXMASwish · 06/12/2005 13:47

They can't legally stop me, but I'm sure they'll try, look at all the fuss I've had to do with docs before.

I thought I should do this
