Well its about time you had a new thread.
I wanted to wish you all the best of luck with your trying to conceive and say that it might take weeks months or years, but you won't find a better group for support.
We have all been through the same experinces and talking to someone who has felt the same makes a world of difference.
You will all get your BFP's soon and in the meantime, lets try and keep as calm and de-stressed as possible.

Thanks Mincepee. I'm prob worrying over nothing. I just worry abit cos although mine used to be wierd, they we're predictable (once I started the pill) now they're just all over the place.

See what happens when we start ttc. Then if nothing in the first 6 months, maybe I'll start worrying abit.

Anyway..... what you all been upto today cos you aint been on here.

Atomicstockinghanger · 29/11/2005 21:57

Evening all!

Well, I had a pretty unsuccessful days shopping - never mind, plenty of time [shcok]

Carly - I really do hope that your "leaky boobs" are a good sign for you, but remember it can happen at any time. I think I've mentioned before, a while ago, that I have a very good friend that this happened to and she has never been PG and was deffo not PG at the time it happened. Sometimes it just happens de to a hormones imbalance. Saying that, I think it is a good strong sign for you hun I really hope it is Fingers, toes, legs and eyes crossed for you hun!!

Mums - Unfortunately solicitors don't come cheap ANd that dog looks gorgeous

HK - sorry you have a cold hun! I really hope you are feeling better soon mwah!! Glad your DH liked the look of the menu!! So we can count you in then?

Talking of the meet up, I have so far

Moi! ASH + DH
Diddle + DH
Hellkat + DH+ DSs
Mincepee + DH
Slinkie
Mygarland + DH + 3DDs(?)
Carly (?)

So, how about the rest of you? I know Mums is unsure but maybe we can talk her into it . How about Humphreys, Shelly?

jinglediddle · 30/11/2005 07:16

Hows everyone doing today?

nothing much to report from me, sorry carly never had leaky boobs ever in my life so can't offer any advice, wouldn't want to get your hopes up or down.

Hk - hope the cold clears soon.

ASH - sorry you didn't get any productive shopping done, theres still *** days left you know, plenty of time.
Missed you yesterday was very quiet without you.

Atomicstockinghanger · 30/11/2005 08:11

Morning!!

Diddle - do you mean it was quiet without my big gob!!

How are you all this morning? Carly, how are the leaks??

Atomicstockinghanger · 30/11/2005 08:14

Anyone else having trouble signing into MSN this morning?

mumsXMASwish · 30/11/2005 08:56

Morning girls,

I really want that dog but DF says it's too far to travel so we're (maybe) having 2 staffordshire bulls called knuckles and cally (maybe) They've been together they're whole life but no-one wants them as a pair and it's not fair to split them up. Plus we've got the room so why not?

Carly - Boobies still leaking? I hope it is what everyone is saying but like we've said don't get your hopes up too muich in case it's not.

ASH - Sorry to hear the shopping didnt go well but you've still got 25 days till xmas eve.

HC - A cold? I think I'm getting one at the mo and I know they're not fun.

Everyone else, hope you've all got a great day planned. I've got to go home tonight and find all the stuff the mortgage advisor needs to prove we've told them the truth.

mygarland · 30/11/2005 09:15

hi all, morning diddle, ash and mums

well dh is warming to the idea of meet up, he says he'd want to stay overnight sat if we did go so anyone know anywhere cheap and cheerful in luton, say? dunno when i'll pin him down to talk about it cos there's something else we need to talk about but hopefully i'll have an answer by end of wk? i'm quite optomistic he'll say we can come!! [big massive grin]!

yes ash it was quite w/out your big gob! and i've have trouble signing into msn since last night.

i'm really pleased with myself i've only got 2 more boxes to sort thru (for big kids anyway) so there's room for Santa to leave his presents. then i've got 3 boxes of baby toys to go thru. then i can make a list of every1 i still need to shop for and to it all online. have to go post 2 letters now (or i'll forget) in this horrible rain!

x

Atomicstockinghanger · 30/11/2005 09:30

theres this site mygarland

mumsXMASwish · 30/11/2005 09:32

Didds - I'm really sorry I forgot to say congratulations on the 12wk mark. Have a (non-alcoholic) drink on me and cheers to the next lot.

jinglediddle · 30/11/2005 09:34

no need to apologise or congratulate mums, don't worry. i'll be 13 wks on friday woohoo, can't wait, also have a scan on saturday, hope all is ok

ASH - no probs signing in msn, although as you know it keeps saying i'm away when i'm not

OP posts:
mumsXMASwish · 30/11/2005 09:36

13 WEEKS!!

it's all passing so quick.

ASH - I don't use MSN I'm afraid so couldnt tell you.

Atomicstockinghanger · 30/11/2005 09:38

or this one Mygarland

mygarland · 30/11/2005 09:46

Cheers ASH will look at them, if I'm armed with as much info as poss and as much already sorted/decided then he'll have to say we can come! He kinda wants to go to London and have a look around (in 2 days - yeah right!), he's OK with the Italian meal and he's not concerned that I'm meeting you lot as he'll be with me, so if I've got a hotel in mind that's cheap and cheerful then he's more likely to say yes as it's less hassle for him! Bless us women we know how to get exactly what we want from our men! x

Atomicstockinghanger · 30/11/2005 09:48

hehee!! Mygarland, you sound just like me!! Which route will you be taking into London? Will you be driving so far then getting a train/tube?

Atomicstockinghanger · 30/11/2005 09:55

Or Mygarland, if you are driving into north London/middlesex, there is this hotel . You could drive to here, leave the car and get the tube into London from Harrow.

Atomicstockinghanger · 30/11/2005 09:57

You have 3 kids don't you Mygarland. How old are they?

mygarland · 30/11/2005 10:01

was thinkin of driving so far (dunno how far), still haven't looked at sites sorry been nosing on other threads. yeah got 3 dd's: eldest will be 7 in Jan, dd2- 4y and dd3 - will be 9m. what's it like getting tube with 2 kids n 1 in a pushchair?

carlychristmas · 30/11/2005 10:03

Looks like ill be the only one coming alone then? my dp will not be able to come as he sees his little boy on saturdays but providing we are not in the middle of moving in count me in xx

Atomicstockinghanger · 30/11/2005 10:08

I did the tube a few weeks ago with 3 kids (one in a buggy). Leave your littly in her buggy and sit by the door. You could drive as far down as Harrow, you can leave the car and there are lots of tube stations to go from. I have done a quick calculation \link {https://ptiibs.premiertravelinn.com/book/web.wls\and got this} At least if you have an example to show DH he might be more happy.
