Well its about time you had a new thread.
I wanted to wish you all the best of luck with your trying to conceive and say that it might take weeks months or years, but you won't find a better group for support.
We have all been through the same experinces and talking to someone who has felt the same makes a world of difference.
You will all get your BFP's soon and in the meantime, lets try and keep as calm and de-stressed as possible.

mums did you have just af for one day? could poss have been implantation bleed? do a test girl and be quick about it

going4potty · 06/12/2005 11:49

testing is the way, when i came of the pill, i felt sick each time i had an af. But when i came of pill previously, af symptoms stayed the same

Atomicstockinghanger · 06/12/2005 11:50

I get nausea, sore boobs, tiredness, and general feeling of cr@ppiness before Af!!

carlychristmas · 06/12/2005 11:51

this is one of the reasons i love mn where else can you talk about your tingly nips without people thinking your strange!

mumsXMASwish · 06/12/2005 11:53

I had it for one day, REALLY light. See the thing thats confusing me is that, I went back on the pill when I had my AF as we're waiting for a few months whilst moving in. So I should be back to how I normally am on the pill, which is really heavy bleeding for 2/3 days then finished. This time I got really light bleeding for half maybe whole day. Wasnt even enough to wear a towel. Just a smidgen everytime I wiped.

I may do the test thing at home, whilst DF not there then if its nothing I cant get DF all excited over nothing.

carlychristmas · 06/12/2005 11:55

see if that was me i would pop out in my lunch break and get one! but thats coming from the O.C.T (obsessive compulsive tester)

going4potty · 06/12/2005 11:58

B4 we atarted trying this time, my afs did the same very scanty, only needed panty liner, whereas previously heavy for 3/4 days. Dr did thyroid tests and ovulation test etc, but said seeing as afs were v regular, just normal, as long as no other symptoms.

mumsXMASwish · 06/12/2005 11:59

lol. I'm going home for lunch so can test in about 5 mins. I know I'm tempting fate, but I feel very much pg. I've felt rough before but always thought it was AF coming and it was. The last time I was pg, i knew then as wel.

Plus I really want a cup of t, and thats what gave it away last time.

I'm going for some lunch now so will speak to you in an hour with some result. Promise.

carlychristmas · 06/12/2005 12:01

Atomicstockinghanger · 06/12/2005 12:34

Have yo alls een how many posts we've clocked up since the start of the new thread! We have been on fire!!! In less than 2 weeks!!! Crikey!!

FirstSaintNikkilass · 06/12/2005 12:35

Phew - just tried to catch after what looks like a busy morning had by you ladies. Think will have to keep notes of key things relating to each as my memory has gone since being pregnant (has this happened to anyone else??)

Ok-
Potty - Sorry to hear your news, I think you have heard good advice this morning. I knew that something wasn't right when I started bleeding. I too are hoping that my next scan shows that I am all clear.

SH - Your weight?? it probably is winter warming however you are having AF which could also be a factor in it. ... nice weight though I would like to be near that...I will keep trying

Carly - I also agree too early to test, I tested before my AF and BFN tested day due and BFP only feint line though. - fingers crossed for you x

Mums - look forward to the result - fingers crossed.

carlychristmas · 06/12/2005 12:42

i keep telling myself that im testing too early but seeing a bfn is awful but i have been reading up and it says that you can test as early as 7dpo with the tests i have but clearblue can be used four days before your af is due which is rougly 10-12dpo and only something like 64% of women tested this early on even though they were pg! and saturday is providing this month i have a 28 day cycle and like ASH said providing i ovd on saturday (how confusing!) i will of course be testing on saturday if af doesnt arrive b4

FirstSaintNikkilass · 06/12/2005 12:43

Oh got my scan on Thursday, first after m/c - hoping all is clear (stopped bleeding Sunday) don't particularly want to go for D&C if I can help it.

Strangely though I am feeling remarkably well considering what the past couple of weeks have brought me and DH. (feel a bit guilty about feeling good??) DH feeling positive and wants to try again...

carlychristmas · 06/12/2005 12:51

FirstSaintNikkilass the bleeding stopping on its own im guessing is a good sign are you in any pain at all? im only asking cos unlike you when i had my first m/c i was in a lot of pain and they had to take me in for a d&c cos i had an infection but this was a few years ago and i know things have changed, i wasnt even kept in overnight just had to go back in the morning for a scan when i was told there was no heartbeat and that "nature will take its course eventually..."

FirstSaintNikkilass · 06/12/2005 12:54

Thanks Carly thats nice to hear its a good sign. I was in pain at the beginning but after passing the baby the pains eased off and just the odd pain or two which is nothing I am not used to with my endo.

Although have pain when going to the loo which hurts around the ovary areas either side.??

Atomicstockinghanger · 06/12/2005 12:55

Hi Nikki! If the bleeding has stopped on its wn, like Carly says, its a good sign. And its natural to feel "good", Hormones are funny things, adn its best to go with your emotions. Don't fight them what ever they are. I'm glad you are feeling okay Beats feeling sad! Go with it hun.

FirstSaintNikkilass · 06/12/2005 12:58

SH - you will make a great midwife

Atomicstockinghanger · 06/12/2005 12:59
