Well its about time you had a new thread.
I wanted to wish you all the best of luck with your trying to conceive and say that it might take weeks months or years, but you won't find a better group for support.
We have all been through the same experinces and talking to someone who has felt the same makes a world of difference.
You will all get your BFP's soon and in the meantime, lets try and keep as calm and de-stressed as possible.

Crappy weekend, and even crappier today. Should have stayed at home. Anyway enough moaning. How you all been?

Mincepee - sorry to hear about your bad days I hope they get less frequent for you. All I can say (which you've prob heard before) is keep your chin up, you'll get there.

ASH - Congrats on the all clear from the smear.

Atomicstockinghanger · 05/12/2005 09:13

Good luck, Carly's little rust bucket!!

How you doing, hun? How are you feeling now?

mumsXMASwish · 05/12/2005 09:13

We're not putting dec up this time, I'm just buying a crappy tiny tree to put presents under but thats it. Don't see the point when we could be moving just after xmas.

I've got all xmas pressies xcept my grandad & DF's mum

carlychristmas · 05/12/2005 09:18

morning ASH not feeling too bad this morning i will be much better when they tell me my car has passed and wont cost me anymore i just hate this time of the month cos its too early to test and then every sign i try and associate it with being pregnant only to be let down when i get a bfn thats the problem.. every early symptom of pg is the same as af coming, sore boobs and tiredness. Almost like my body playing tricks on me. I just wish it could trick itself into believing it was a six 10

Atomicstockinghanger · 05/12/2005 09:31

Your right Carly, all those signs are the same - I get sore boobs, nausea, cramps, tiredness whether i am PG or just due AF! Very confusing.

I'm not putting decs up til the weekend. Got to rearrange our living room first. Sionce last Xmas we hve inherited a new 3-piece suite which is a 3 seater, 2 seater and an armchair. It fits perfectly in our lounge but there is nowhere to put a tree. So we need to move the furniture about to make room.

Right question for you all. Could be TMI so be warned. Having realt trouble with AF this month You probably remember my post about not much bleeding apart from when I go to the loo. Well, just to recap. I was due AF last Tuesday (29th) but I actually started bleeding a little the Wednesday before, nothing much to speak of but noticable. Well, I came on a little heavier on the Tuesday AF was due but still not much (no need for tampon/towel) and I only bleed haevier when I went to the toilet. Now, today, a week after my AF due date I have started bleeding really heavy, clot and pain
Anyway, my questions are a) Do you think this could be a very early MC? and b)When do I count as CD1?

Sorry if all that was TMI, but getting quite worried now

mumsXMASwish · 05/12/2005 09:37

Sorry ASH, I dont know. The only thing I can think of is to count it from the light day and see how you go. But I dont know.

XmasAngelCrimboKat · 05/12/2005 09:40

Morning all.
ASH- No idea hunny. Could be a "chemical pg" where it's nothing more than an egg. Could be anything hun. But on a brighter note, could be your body having a hell of a clearout for a pg in the New year? Lets hope so xxxx

Atomicstockinghanger · 05/12/2005 09:49

I know if it is a MC it wasn't anymore than a bunch of cells. It wouldn't worry me. More of an inconvieneance really. I ambleding so heavy. And if I count CDs from first day of light bleeding, then I am on CD 13 and well out of the BDing stakes I seem to be bleeding more days of the month than I'm not. No wonder I can't get bloody PG!!

XmasAngelCrimboKat · 05/12/2005 09:54

{{{{{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}}}}} maybe it is having a huge clearout hun. If it carries on though, get it checked out if it worries you. Make sure you're getting loads of iron into aswell. Lol I'm an expert on this (my longest ever af to date was the guts of 18mths!). Lots of red meat (or iron tablets). loads of veg too! Aunty Kat has spoken

Atomicstockinghanger · 05/12/2005 09:59

Thanks Aunty Kat! I will get some iron tablets today. Have just made an appt to see my GP, but can't get in til next Tuesday But I need to get this sorted. At least I know its not related to my smear, having had the all clear What the hell could it be????? Its driving me mad! Dh is starting to get a bit fed up of not "getting any" !!!! And I'm BLOODY fed up of not being able to BD!!

FirstSaintNikkilass · 05/12/2005 10:01

Morning All

ASH - you were worried about your smear which stress could have an effect on AF's. Could it be your body relaxing after your results? - As for the CD sorry am unsure.

Well retail therapy - YES I agree! I purchased a new leather suite yesterday!....what have I done.

Have completed Xmas shopping too which is a relief just DH to put the decs up now....oh and the new sofa to arrive early.

XmasAngelCrimboKat · 05/12/2005 10:08

ASH- At least it's not too long to wait. Little tip for wanting to bd whilst bleeding. Try to immediately after a bath. For some reason it gives you a little bit of time "Mess free" before it all starts up again. .

Atomicstockinghanger · 05/12/2005 10:08

Ohhh, nikki!! New Suite eh? I always inherit second hand ones (!) so its a novelty to have anew one. Good for you!

Maybe youre right about the relaxing after my all clear. Just hope it stops soon. I have been bleeding now for nearly 2 weeks

Well, I'm off for a while. Going into town to to do a bitmore crimbo shopping. Then I'm going to the B/Fing support group. I'm taking a lady I'm counselling (I'm a B/Fing counsellor for those who dn't know) and this is the first time I've beent o the group since my MC. My lady knwos that though and she is great. She said she would hold my hand! Love her!

I'll be back later though, so enjoy your day and you can tell me all about it later
xxxx

Atomicstockinghanger · 05/12/2005 10:12

Just seen your post Xack. I would do that but this AF is sooooo heavy I don't even have that window. Had a bath last night and, honest, I wouldn't have had time! God I hate that asty old AF! Wish she would go away!

FirstSaintNikkilass · 05/12/2005 10:19

ASH - I know I have never had a new suite either! so excited but DH and I both came out and said oh well got new suite then..not really sunk in..what we did. Sort of went in shop in a daze and came out with one - never mind we deserve it.

FirstSaintNikkilass · 05/12/2005 10:40

Mincepee - Glad you feeling better after retail therapy...it does work. I totally understand with regard to DH having two children I am in similar situation sometimes I feel they just magnify my desire to have my own. xx

mumsXMASwish · 05/12/2005 10:46

I want a baby!!!!!!

I've been feeling so down lately. It's silly cos I'm only 21 and I will get to have my baby soon, just not yet but lately, I've been feeling so down about having kids. Df is 30 so I know he wants them soon, I know I will be pg before the end of nxt yr (if body works) but that seems ages away. DF said I'd have a baby by this time next year. Which means getting pg by feb at latest but now he wants a hol in may, which means pg by this time nxt yr but not baby. I know I'm wingeing and I'm sorry but I just had to vent. All done now. (I think)

FirstSaintNikkilass · 05/12/2005 11:12

Mums it will happen x maybe on holiday?? its nice to hear that Df is wanting them soon too. We all want things (well babies) so desparately think we need a fairy godmother to hurry things along. try not to get down...the desire is there the baby will follow x

mumsXMASwish · 05/12/2005 11:18

I know, I'm just in a silly mood. I don't think my cold is helping me, or the fact that I keep watching films with babies in,

Anway....... whats everyone upto today?

FirstSaintNikkilass · 05/12/2005 11:28

bless you..

well I am attempting to work today

mumsXMASwish · 05/12/2005 11:32

i know that feeling. Im meant to be working today but it just aint happening. I cant find anything to do for starters and when I start to wander off to find something. i keep thinking. O I cant be bothered.
