Well I fell off another bus and rather than wait around for the next one I thought I would get another going myself. So have stocked it up with cake, Wine - for the first 2 weeks and Brew - for the 2ww'ers :)

Hoping it will be a lucky bus for lots of us - and I might have a birthday baby :)

Liliana (31) ttc#1 ucl 28 af due 26th March

(I have left out the CD as it is never up to date and all we really want to know is when are people testing!)

Byrnsie30 · 30/06/2011 09:31

Congratulations stuff that's amazing. We are on a roll!

Crazy I used Tesco's own OV sticks think it was £8 for 7 sticks. They gave me OV lines when on-line Ovulation calculator predicted I would be ovulating. I have heard that the best are Clear Blue ones as you get a smiley face so it's easier to interpret -but I haven't tried them yet!

I'm going to be testing in about a week - heeeellllp, I want to test now!!
I cried yesterday, out of the blue and for no particular reason. It's very unlike me. Could it be a sign??!!

MorningCoffee · 30/06/2011 09:41

Congratulations stuff & to everyone else who has a BFP how exciting.

Lil sorry to hear about your neg am sending you lots & lots of baby dust for next month Smile

Well after yesterday i wassss so inpatient & remembered i had a cheapo test in the cupboard soooo this morning i decided to do it! there is the faintest line on it, it is defo there but am still not convinced as keep thinking i am imagining it or the test is a dud Blush I can't even ask dp as he is at work.
Am going to wait again till saturday i think and do another one maybe a first response?

Horseygirl - I did not succeed Blush i tried very hard and then remembered there was a test in the house

skjifox · 30/06/2011 10:10

Hey ladies, I've taken myself off the list, started bleeding yesterday so it was a chemical :(( 2nd mc now so I'm going to go to see my GP and see if they can do anything xxx

ShaggingWithIntent · 30/06/2011 10:33

Oh Skjifox - I'm so sorry to hear that

minipie · 30/06/2011 11:16

skijfox Sad

Morning that sounds promising... get yourself a FR test and let us know...

Imustbecrazy26 · 30/06/2011 11:27

so sorry to hear that skjifox!!!!

Thanks guys will get some ovulation sticks ordered if and when af comes!!!!

Morning- That does sound positive fx for youthis is turning out to be such a lucky bus ist it!!!!

Reallea · 30/06/2011 13:43

Skijfox, I'm so so gutted for you. I keep waiting everyday for the same to happen to me.

Byrnsie, the crying thing has happened for me for every pregnancy... Was one of the reasons I tested on Sunday because I was bawling when watching the breast cancer race for life on Sunday morning

At least that was a decent reason to feel emotional. Previously it's always been something really stupid. Like if you saw the X factor in autumn 09 there was this teenage couple who were dreadful and it turned out they had split up but were still auditioning together whilst not really talking to each other. They were embarrassingly terrible. And Simon cowell tried to get them to get back together which was clearly the only reason they'd made it to the live auditions. It was so set up, and stupid really. But I was in tears! I never get that emotional with AF.

Last pregnancy I unfortunately had chem pregnancy but had the same thing and crying at something ridiculous I heard on the radio, and again it was what made me think 'maybe'.

It has always been about a week before AF due. first time I didnt put two and two together.

So good luck! It's the only symptom I've had that has been present in every pregnancy.

HorseyGirl1 · 30/06/2011 13:45

Keep us posted, Morning Coffee! Hope you get hold of that test for Saturday! Fingers crossed there'll be a few more BFPs over the next few weeks! xx

pommedechocolat · 30/06/2011 14:48

Skijifox - I'm so sorry to hear that,. Hope your GP is of some help.
Reallea - me too. Af due today so over thinkign allc ramps.
Last week I cried at an old episode of America's Next Top Model. Shocking. My consistent symptom has been feeling like I want to throttle dh about 5 days too early for PMS! Poor old dh.
I threw trousers at him yesterday am Blush.

stuffthenonsense · 30/06/2011 15:16

Skjifox, so very sad for you. (((((Hugs))))

MorningCoffee · 30/06/2011 15:58

skjifox am so so sorry Sad (((hugs))) for you.

Well phoned dp, who said go to the shops sooooo off i went and brought first response test and i done it i have a BFP Smile i still can not believe it but the line is there it's faint but there no holding to the light etc.

I am soooooo shocked because i did not have an af from march till june and then this unreal, now it's to get through the next few weeks, always the scary bit.

I have been noticing changes but thought i was clutching at straws, my skin broke out about a week ago, my temper has been short and i have been quite moody, my tummy also feels tight (weird i know) it's the only way i can describe it and also bit short of breath.

I now need to know if i can carry on taking my anti depressants as am unsure does anyone know? i am on 20mg of citropram does anyone know if this is safe?

Am so glad i came on the bus it really does seem to be a lucky bus, i hope everyone else gets the result they want. Smile

MorningCoffee · 30/06/2011 15:59

As you can see waiting till saturday never worked either Blush i am crap!

orangehead · 30/06/2011 16:03

so sorry skijfox

Byrnsie30 · 30/06/2011 16:05

Skjfox so, so sorry to hear your news. I know it might not help, but you are not alone. I've been there twice myself and I know others on this thread have too. It helped me to know that a lot of friends and aquaintences have been through 2 or more and have gone on to have full term pregnancies and healthy children.
At my 2nd I was offered a chat and tests (I declined as felt it was too early, but it may help you feel more in control) Good luck and hope to hear from you again soon.
Thanks pomme and reallea. I cried because of work/babies/our kitchen is horrid!!! Mainly the kitchen - how ridiculous is that?!
Morning that does sound hopeful. I have used FR before and they are good, but you can't beat a clear cut Clear Blue digital!!! x

pommedechocolat · 30/06/2011 16:09

Congrats Morning! I would recommend calling your doc asap and getting them to advise you on the ads.

stuffthenonsense · 30/06/2011 16:47

Morning coffee, I was on that antidepressant at the beginning of my last pregnancy. Bizarrely the hormone changes cured me!!!!!!
Anyway, the drug is ok, but speak to your gp, I came off them before 20 weeks but I was told baby would need 24hrs of monitoring at birth if I was still on them. And yes, you can even breastfeed with them.

MorningCoffee · 30/06/2011 16:51

Thank you, i will call gp see what they say, i actually think i could come off them to be honest but could be wrong, i did not take one yesterday and have not today either yet, i feel ok at moment, but maybe if i come off them, see gp and if i do go down hill could go back on something, although i have read prozac is better when pg but they dont agree with me at all so can't take them.

Liliana1 · 30/06/2011 17:07

Skijfox so sad for you, I hope you are ok and have people around you.

See your GP but do whatever feels right for you. I went straight on with ttc as felt it showed everything was working but this time it wasn't right for us or the baby, but if a break is the right thing for you, go for it, enjoy time with your DH, relax and try again when you are ready. Lots of (((hugs))) x

Congrats morning and stuff (sorry didn't want to put in above post so started a new one) so pleased for you both and hope all goes well.

Thanks for the babydust Morning, keep thinking it must be my turn soon!
Getting fed up with waiting patiently in line, is queue jumping considered rude? Grin
