yrotb my vit e arrived today. You said you took a 800mg does....all in one day? Mine are 124mg tablets but bottle says only take up to 3 daily????

I survived my meeting ladies, was v professional and above board (phew) and I didn't shed a single tear. Well, not in the meeting anyway.

I felt v emotional all day and had a few tears mid morning but I'll get there in the end. Just feel v relieved about it all.

Thank you all so much for your support and advice, you're a fab bunch.

On the ttc front I resumed charting this morning but just for information, not planning on trying until I've had AF and as I'm still bleeding from the erpc I think that's a while away yet.

So, a deep breath, some marking and my tea. Now there's a monday night eh?

Hello everyone!

Long time no see and all that! AF started today so my non-ttc cycle is over and I am back.

Of course I still ended up obsessing over whether I was preg or not in the end as this cycle lasted a epic 30 days (my pre-mc average was 26). I am putting this sudden lengthening of my cycles down to not having eaten any meat since new year which is a huge change in my diet as I was eating meat pretty much every day before. Does this sound plausable to anyone? Is it possible that a change of diet could change my cycle that much?

Anyways, another side-effect of my veggieness is I have become an obsessive baker and spent my non-working day today making granola bars (which I kinda mucked up by putting the grill on instead of the oven ), humous, bean pasties, and oat cakes (which are amazing!!..if I may say so myself)! So dig in my lovelies! [passes around a tray of yummy things]

Glad you got through the day ok mouse they weren't pressuring into anything your not ready for i hope? I think the first day back is the hardest - i cried in the morning too. I think you've been really brave and handled it with a great deal of dignity.

Don't let them work you too hard too soon though....its still very recent.

DH and I are going to a big court case later today. He is suing the bus company that ran him over 4 years ago. V. nervous for him.

I am not 2ww-ing just yet, expecting to get the cbfm peak/opk + tomorrow - cbfm was high this mowning and I've just done an opk which was nearly positive so it's so tempting to start my every day for 3days today...but that wouldn't strictly speaking be SMEP would it? Hmmm. Maybe I'll poaOPK later and see if it's got there yet..,

velvet didn't have time for longer post earlier but am sorry dh is being an arse...have you managed to have a sensible talk to him now he's sobered up? He's not being reasonable, but you know that. (((hugs)))

Chloe I think mn is invaluable for getting support from people who have been there too; mc can feel like a very lonely experience in RL. However I agree that you do have to keep talking to dh too, even if they don't always understand. Whenever me and dh have had problems it's been when we're just not communicating enough. Like the others said, dip in and out as you feel like it, we're always here for you x

Decided that I didn't totally believe the internet cheepy so went out and bought a digital one... that says BFP too so I guess I really am pg. Couldn't get DH on the phone so just sent him a picture of the read-out on the digital... He phoned approximately 3 minutes later :)
