Congratulations Iamblozzom! That's great news, I'm so pleased for you. Sending you lots of glue to help that little beanie to stick.

Jane313, sorry to hear you're not ovulating I hope your consultant referral comes through fast for you. DH and I were referred to a gynaecologist at the start of November, and our first appointment is December 15th, so not too long to wait. I hope you'll continue to hang out here.

As far as I go, DH and I are back from Florida, still slightly jetlagged. CD11 here, so the BD-ing is commencing I'm taking a real cocktail of herbs and vitamins this month in an attempt to extend my luteal phase - evening primrose oil, vitamin B6 and vitamin B Complex. I'm also drinking 2 or 3 cups a day of Fertilitea (I was pleasantly surprised how cheap the shipping cost was). And on Wednesday I'm going to try accupuncture for the first time (well, my sister-in-law swears it worked for her).

Hugs,
Artoo.

thanks

artoo thats really nice qucik appointment. My dr told me I would wait a month for a letter fromt eh fertility unit and then it would be 2-3 months at least for an appointment. And i know that the letter only left the drs last week (10 days after my appointment). I might try taking a few of your supplements. I did read that you couldn't take fertilitea on top of fertiltiy drugs.

Artoo · 26/11/2005 09:23

jane313,

Yes, you're right, Fertilitea contains Agnus Castus, which souldn't be taken with clomid or other fertility drugs. But I work on the theory that I can stop taking it after I've seen the gynacologist if necessary, and it might help in the meantime

Hugs,
Artoo.

Hi everyone,
Congrats to Iamblossom. Hope everyone is feeling a litle better. I'm so sorry if I offended anyone with my August baby comment. It's made me think of maybe trying this month. I just don't know. Ok, I'm deciding whilst I type . I won't use the OV test sticks and we'll take it as it comes. If it happens, it happens.

hi do you mind if I join you? I am on day 4 of the 2 ww after IVF - 2 embryos put back on thursday. I have a DS 10 months after 7 years and 10 IVF attempts. This is our 11 attempt, and I am so desperate for it to work as I can't face doing another 7 years for a sibling for our little boy.

puppy · 27/11/2005 20:55

hiya hows everyone? well my af was due yesterday and as yet ive no signs of it, usually i can tell a couple of days earlier that im due but ive got cramp type feelings and i feel sick and dizzy ( although i dont know if im just imagining it in the hope that i have fallen pg) anyway i did a test yesterday morning on the day i was due and it was a bfn was gutted whats the chances i have tested to early ( on the day i was due on) is this too early, or am i clinging on to some thing thats probs not there!!!

compo · 28/11/2005 11:58

Hi everyone. I'm now on CD33. Not sure when to test as my last cycle was 46 days!!

homemama · 28/11/2005 13:46

Normsnockers, Every Sunday I ask DH can I put last week's ST in the recycling bin. It's huge and it gets everywhere. I probably only read quarter of it and that's during DS's sunday nap. DH however, feels the need to read every bit, cover to cover!

Anyway, Aprilgirl, it may well have been too early. I tested on the day I was due and it was very, very faint. Try again in a couple of days.

Hope everyone else is well. This thread is getting long again. Any ideas for a new name?

Sorry, didn't say welcome to Suss!
Wow, what an exciting but scary time for you. Well done for keeping going. You should post that on a seperate thread as I'm sure your experiences would be an inspiration to others going through IVF.

Hi! Thanks for replying. No I don't know when I ov'd. Feel a bit of a novice at all of this

suss · 28/11/2005 21:19

ttc romantic the very notion! Thank god I don't feel romantic with a doctor looking at my bits. Although the one I had when I conceived my DS was very very gorgeous. It certainly helps to have something beautiful to look at when you have your legs in the air! This time, though I had a v sweet Consultant with a fab sense of humour - essential when you are doing IVF.

Sorry suss i missed your post before , welcome to the thread and good luck with ivf.

Aprilgirl how are you this morning hope the af has stayed away for you.

I know what your talking about normsnockers with the loos fairy and all, our fairy replaces loo rolls, empties dishwasher etc also we have a maid service too when dsd empties her bin she puts it outside her door along with dirty cups etc. but thats teens for you, well this teen is.

Nothing to report here still having that pain on the right side down below although its not as bad, if its still niggling when i go for my smear at the beginning of the year i will mention it.

Staceym11 has not posted for a while I hope shes ok, are you lurking stacey? if so how are you getting on?

Micku5 · 29/11/2005 11:22

I am going to try and catch up with everyone's news now.

aprilgirl · 29/11/2005 11:31
