hi, this is probably a weee bit early for some ppl, but im waiting til end of this month to ttc (the desperation, brooding over other peoples babies and feeling jealous of pregnant women , thinking of names and waiting 2 symptom spot kicks in)
so come along and join the journey to motherhood!

i have cheapy ebay ones and the are fine

they tell you to collect wee and wait 20mins for it to be room temp, but i just do it straight away and it still works!

hi ladies, it's been ages (again). I haven't read all the threads yet, but noticed on skimming there've been some visits from AF and a BFP, so commiserations and congrats to the appropriate people Smile
I'm n limbo waiting for one or t'other at the mo - DH reckons I'm pg but I'm not sure (I knew straight away with DS). I've been much more tired than usual since last AF(which was a couple of days shorter than usual and just suddenly was no longer Confused ), I've had a constant headache for a week, and on Monday and Tuesday (couple of days after last "session") I had a weird "jelly-ish" feeling around my ovaries/womb area. DH also think my eyes look different Hmm and my boobs look bigger Hmm
AF not due until..omg this week (I'd worked out it was Christmas time! Shock ) Just checked my calendar. I'll do a HPT tomorrow, but any thoughts ladies? Does it sound like I might be?

Hi Edward, those sound like possible signs of pregnancy, I'm hopeful for you! Let us know how it goes.

I'm basically supposed to be waiting till Jan to TTC. I've been moaning about that on this thread before! Had convinced myself that it was a good thing to be able to enjoy Christmas unpregnant. But now as I'm approaching mid-cycle I keep thinking I want to try NOW even if it would be a bit inconvenient with work! I'm thinking of how I'll feel disappointed after I've let my fertile days go by without trying. I found myself thinking this way last month too coming up to ovulation day.

Am becoming a bit obsessed

Hi guys, was wondering if I could join you all. After years of the 'one day' conversation with OH, we have decided that this month is our month to start trying.

I am 30years old and been on the pill for 10years. I promised myself that we would take it easy the 1st month but afraid I have let the obsession take over.

I am on day 13 of my cycle and have been using OPKs since day 8. They are still saying negative so have my fingers crossed that I might see that positive line soon. (really hope so because I have a real worry about not ovulating) I have also started temping and am on my 4th day of that so even if the OPKs don't work I should see something on my chart. I really want to get pregnant and am not even that bothered if it happens this month (think I might be kidding myself here) I just want to know that my body is working properly if you know what I mean?!

Oh dear, can't you see how obsessed I am already?! The good side of things is that since stopping the pill my sex drive has increased. OH doesn't know what's hit him! Blush

Anyway, sorry for the long post. Guess I am kind of hoping you all have some pearls of wisdom on how to cool the obsession.

I have to admit that my baby obession is getting worse, have bought some ovi sticks from Boots to try if I have to next month, poor DH Xmas Grin.....

Is it too early in the evening for a TMI question? How much EWCM should you see to know that you're ovulating? I think that I might have spotted some! x

Hey monkey, I'm fairly new too but from what I understand it depends on the woman. Some get loads for several days, some get hardly any and have to... ahem... go hunting for it, and some get none.
Personally I get it for two or three days around ovulation, usually just see it in pants!
I'm sure some more experienced ladies will be along in a bit with a better answer.
