Biccie poo to ERTD here is a big bottle of vodka and a wham bar.

Oldbutyoungie dh will be decorating the first week of his hols but the second week we are going to Scotland. He is freaking out about the house because this is his last chance to get it ready before January as he will be really busy at work from october to December.

Dd is currently having a temper tantrum (been going on for an hour) she is overtired and full of a cold. Should have got the windows soundproofed!!!

Fairygodmother1 · 14/08/2010 22:54

Iced I think kids have all got together & decided this week is the one to cause havoc - my niece & nephew aint sleeping properly so therefore over tired & grumpy!!! Lots of tantrums today.

Lou don't give up!

Biccie got a crate of Bud if you wanna come join.
Lemon maybe a lemon muffin will stop you puking Hmm

Still no RTD but had a few aches on my right side, possible P pains or Ov pains. have no idea what my body is up to!!!!

UmBongo · 15/08/2010 16:04

Hello all, Rant Alert I thought the bleeding had stopped, but again it has come back. BORED. Tired as keep faffing about til midnight. Just had major meltdown in front of ds caused by a) he should have a playmate by now and b) why won't he shut up with the questions (whats this, why, whats that, why, where did the wiggly worm go, why?) and c) am tired and d) am here by self and haven't planned anything for this afternoon, (I don't like sundays) So sorry, but thought I would come on here to rant at you lot! sorry to those trying for dc1. I know I am being irrational, and I do love him to bits, but a bit like Fg1's niece and nephew I think I am tired and grumpy!!.

Thank you all, I feel better for having vented, it doesn't look as bad written down!Blush. RIght better go and sit with ds and watch cbeebies so he doesn't think mummy's gone completely and permanently bonkers.

FairyG I thought you'd only just finished bleeding, why are you expecting rtd again? Pass us a bud tho, it's near enough beer o'clock!

NOTHEROLDIE · 15/08/2010 20:11

Bongo going bonkers!
Rant away! Thats what MN is for isnt it? :)

Yep having kids can drive you nuts, esp if you need a moment of peace and quiet, just one, all to yourself. I haven't had a wee/poo/shower to myself for 3 yrs, luckily the q's havent started. But I'm waiting!

As for the bleeding, I hope it stops soon, horrible just waiting for things to get back to normal. Have another BUD.

Icedlemonmuffin · 15/08/2010 21:29

Questions are great- not! Especially when it's in a crowded place where you have no where to hide, Why is that lady so fat? Why has that man only got one leg? Why is that old man talking to himself? Why does daddy have a willy and I don't? And on and on usually while picking her nose.

The best one is 'Mommy did you just do a trump because it smells'.

Something to make you laugh a couple of years ago dd found my brand new bumper pack of panty liners and decided to decorate the bathroom with them! Went to the toilet to find a perfect row stuck around the Walls dd was really proud of her hard workGrin

Oh tantrum finally stopped at ten last night! Dh said he was amazed how calm I stayed (I was on here Reading random threads)

UmBongo · 16/08/2010 19:32

Cor a nearly 2 hour tantrum, that must be some sort of record Lemony

I can just hear your dd proudly displaying her work with a "Look mummy I found some really big stickers!"

Random threads are good for wasting time while waiting for hell to freeze over screaming to stop.

My dh and ds are in the kitchen and dh is making farting noises by moving his bum on the leather seat (i'm posh me) and then both collapsing into giggles!! (they're not posh them!)

Icedlemonmuffin · 16/08/2010 20:20

On good thing about a two hour temper tantrum Is that she was so worn out I got a lie in the next morning!

She stuck a few panty liners to herself and wouldn't take them off. When she found my tampons she had them dangling off her ears as earings. She is very creative.

In b&q yesterday on the paint brush section dd asked me about periods and why we get them, dd likes answers there and then, so found myself having an indepth conversation about wombs and what not right next to a poor man just trying to find a paintbrush.

Bicnod · 16/08/2010 20:28

Hello lovelies - I'm back Grin

I have lugged myself out of the pit with the help of red wine, pizza and chocolate buttons.

Been catching up...

Lou you made me snort loudly with your
sandwich incident Grin

Oldie sorry about your DS's hearing :(

Umbongo how's the bleeding now? Sending big hugs and will even share my chocolate buttons.

Lemony how's the sickness? I'm dreading the tantrum age - DS is just starting mini ones but at the moment they are cute. I'm sure that won't last long.

Harassed how goes it?

FairyG thanks for the bud

My stoopid childminder has screwed me over by saying she's putting her rates up by £130 a month Shock which we can't afford. Which means I'm having to start the process of looking for a new CM for DS when he's really settled there :( :( Angry

Bicnod · 16/08/2010 20:29

LOL at womb conversation in B&Q Grin

Fairygodmother1 · 16/08/2010 21:02

Um I'm expecting it cos for the past 4 months I've done nothing but bleed with 1-2 weeks inbetween not bleeding. Know exactly how your feeling! It aint arrived...

Iced Lol at the convo in B&Q Grin

Welcome back Bic

x

Loujalou · 16/08/2010 22:20

Biccie my CM did the same. Then it transpired she didn't want to look after Adi anymore as she was expecting another baby (jealous moi Hmm) Any ways he is now in a nursery which he loves. It works out more expensive but he is in there longer - I work from home and hours are flexible. So it all had a happy ending though was way way stressful at the time.

LOL at minilemony she needs a fred devoted to her.

PMSL at Umbungo and her DS and DH! I have a very juvenile sense of humour me.

Pants are you ok?

There was a funny fred about someone's MIL knitting lovely clothes for future PFB but they were made of nylon and apparently that wasn't good enough. That made me smile - she was saying she didn't want to seem a snob as she was upper middle class and her DH / MIL were working class. PMSL. I never looked at what Adi's clothes were made of - maybe that is why I haven't won a baby yet.

Anyways should be in pit (as RTD is making a show) but GP has referred me to the infertility consultant - so am well pleased as that means hopefully we will get some where.... Maybe who knows..... I just want a baby and I want one now!!!

Congrats on the referral Lou! Hopefully they will come up with some answers.

Just wanted to say UmBongos back at the Bingo!!!!

Loujalou · 17/08/2010 09:34

Fivealive let's just hope you get a full house soon and there is not going to be too much dabber action.

OP posts:
Icedlemonmuffin · 17/08/2010 09:41

Welcome back Biccie!

Yah to UmBongo getting back on to the bingo dabber!

Woo hoo to Lou for doc finally doing something. Hope the referral comes through quickly!

Fairy hope the bleeding stays away.

Hello to Oldie and *Pants.

Dd gone to the pictures with friends (and friends parents) so got a couple of quiet hours before she comes back with more questions. I can look back on all the mad questions and incidents and laugh but at I wished I'd appreciated them at the time and laughed along, because they are now wonderful memories.

harassedinherpants · 17/08/2010 16:15

Hi, sorry have been awol! It's all been about tummy bugs in our house....grossssss.

Off to catch up while work's quiet, back in bit!

NOTHEROLDIE · 17/08/2010 17:22

Bugs here too. lots of washing and not much sleep!!

Fairygodmother1 · 17/08/2010 17:53

Iced RTD hit today - technically it's on time from the last bleed but only just over a week since it finished!!! Bloody pain but I'm hoping it's back to a normal cycle. Got my cons app beginning of sept. It's all to do with my hormones.

Lou I hope your referral wins you a baby quicker than mine has! A year now since starting Clomid & I'm still no closer.

Welcome back Harassed

Loujalou · 17/08/2010 18:55

Passes over FairyG the remains of the vodka and lovely choc oat cake. We can be cycle buddies. Am well annoyed with my body. My cycle got back to 28 days but is now on 25 days - so how much chance has a baby got??? I am in the pit BTW!

OP posts:
Fairygodmother1 · 17/08/2010 20:26

I'm feeling ya Lou!!!!!

I drank a new beer today called Lucky - if only!!! I've seen loads of pairs of magpies but still it aint holding for me. Just waiting now for my app on 6th to hopefully get some help to get this sorted!

Well in 10 days I we managed 5 swi so not bad average but I'm guessing no egg to catch!!!!

Loujalou · 17/08/2010 20:37

So was it a mc FairyG or something hormonal or both??

OP posts:
Loujalou · 17/08/2010 20:39

Well also getting 5 shags is pretty Lucky!

OP posts:
Fairygodmother1 · 17/08/2010 21:17

Don't think we'll ever know as the pg test they did left it too late, as was the scan!! Thats how crap the PCT is here. Thats why when I go for my app I'm going all guns blazing & not standing to be thrown to the side as I have been for the past 3 years (almost) Shock

To be told by a gp the other day that did I know that I have PCOS just shows you how crap they are really. Another GP the time before that said if I can deal with the bleeding then there's nothing they can do as I'm not aenemic (however its spelt) yet!

UmBongo · 17/08/2010 22:57

FairyG Time to stop eating spinach and become aneamic (thats not right either!) and then maybe your quack will do something.Hmm Sorry the bleeding is back, you didn't do to badly with 5 shags in 10 days tho! Are you doing the ov stick pissy thing? Not sure if I will bother yet with those this time round, I got my 2 lines last time when I had finally given up and didn't know what cd I was on. So am unsure of how to mentally cope with starting again.

I would like to think that I will just sail along and get pg without getting too mental about it, but my experience over the last 2 years indicates that that is cloud cuckoo department. Ho hum, lets wait and see. (Although if I have to wait another 2 fucking years then I am not vouching for my mental health.)

Commiserations to those who have had bugs and laundry to deal with.

NOTHEROLDIE · 18/08/2010 10:03

I'm soooo tired.

RANT coming up......

One night of being up with a sick DS, the next with a DS not wanting to go to sleep. Then up at 5.30 today.
My DH has decided he has so much work to do he leaves at 6 (waking me EVERY morning), comes in really late. I'm too tired to SWI. Havent OV'd anyway. Stupid staying awake just for it when it aint happening.

PMT kicking in and I'm grumpy.
My DS's are ultra clingy. I can't go from room to room, or even stand up without them jumping up following me or clinging to me, or just wailing.
I need peace!! I need to just switch off for 10 mins . But I can't because I'm a MUM.
Anyone else have clingy kids?

(Sorry I sound terribly rude and ungrateful for my family, I love them to bits, but exhaustion makes me just want to crawl into a hole and switch off)

NOTHEROLDIE · 18/08/2010 10:03

Sorry, how is everyone?
