Last year ds3 wanted a 'bulb of the moon' and a whistle on a string. This year he wants a dsi and a hat (thats it). Ds1 would like 5000 pounds among other things.

Lancelottie, she wouldn't know what bullseyes are. She has also wanted a sibling in the past but not a stinky boy. I pointed out to her that my ovaries have cobwebs on and it is extremely unlikely that I could get pregnant even if I wanted to. She couldn't understand that (nor could my late MIL).

woollyjo · 15/12/2009 13:02

dd's 3rd birthday is right before xmas and she has requested a sheep . Shame, we haven't gotten her anything remotely sheepy.

She knows that FC will put presents in her stocking if she is a good girl and has pointed out that she doesn't want potatoes.

LentilsRoastingOnAnOpenFire · 15/12/2009 13:13

I hope Christmas brings peace to you and your family Woollyjo, even if a sheep is tricky to arrange.

Snorbs · 15/12/2009 13:23

Amongst the expected Wii games, books etc my 11yo DS has asked for... a goat

I worry about that boy sometimes

KnackeredOfLeeds · 15/12/2009 13:35

DS wants a spiderman suit, he has mentioned this to every person he has met since the beginning of December, and told them if he is naughty he won't get one.

My SIL said she would get him one, then horror of horrors she text me saying she couldn't find one so got him a superman t shirt instead. He is 3 it won't cut it! Luckily I have already bought and wrapped a backup spiderman suit in case of such emergency. Where is the [Smug thank god I thought ahead for once] imoticon This will do

ReindeerRusso · 15/12/2009 13:38

DD wrote to Father Christmas asking for, among other things, some new glasses for Mummy. - didn't know they were that bad.

Antdamm · 15/12/2009 13:39

DS(4) asked Santa for

A baby brother called Thomas (he has been asking for that for a while now)
A real power ranger
A helmet
Buzz Lightyear slippers
A pair of socks
A junk robot - full of junk ??
A fancy thing
A DSP (this is a combination of a DS and a PSP)
A massive picture of himself

Botbot · 15/12/2009 13:41

real rainbow

(dd asked for one for her birthday this year.)

Iklboodolphtherednosereindeer · 15/12/2009 13:46

DS wants a baby crocodile or a baby swordfish to look after

NorbertDentressAngel · 15/12/2009 13:47

Snorbs -I wouldn't worry about him...my DP is 40 and still wants a goat

GooseyLoosey · 15/12/2009 13:52

Ds has a long list for Santa. Problem is, it is a secret. He wrote it out and posted it on the way to school and I have no idea whatsoever what is on it! I fear ds may be disappointed on Christmas day.

Dd on the otherhand is very clear, she wants a snowglobe (fine) and Rubiks Cube. She is 5 and has no more chance of completing Rubiks Cube than I have of flying.

WilfSell · 15/12/2009 13:52

bathsheba, is the Wiggle Waggle a hula hoop?

We could set up a new MN service: translate the list...

drinkystinkyuletidegubbins · 15/12/2009 13:55

DS1 wants Ben Ten's omnitrix - the actual one so he can turn into an alien etc.

I fear he may be disappointed....

MorePudding · 15/12/2009 14:35

DS2 said at pre-school that he wants a squirrel skeleton for Christmas!?!?

daisy99divine · 15/12/2009 15:12

DS (3) wants a toy box

bibbitybobbitysantahat · 15/12/2009 15:23

Ds (6) has asked for "a big cardboard box to live in".

daisy99divine · 15/12/2009 15:44

oh, even better bibbity!

OoopsWeDidItAgain · 15/12/2009 15:58

Pyjamas that fit ....not quite sure what point she was making

SantaIsMyLoveSlave · 15/12/2009 16:48

drinkystinky -- DS was quite happy with a toy Omnitrix (aka "Ben 10 woch") but then I discovered that he was planning to find a wishing well where he could wish for it to turn into a real one. He was actually starting to plan his whole life around this so I had to point out that I didn't think wishing wells really granted wishes. So he wanted to know where you do get wishes from, then?

Riponite · 15/12/2009 21:13

MorePudding, you want to look at www.theevolutionstore.com which is either fabulous or appalling depending on how you look at these things... I can almost guarantee they will have a squirrel skeleton! What Customs will think, however, may be another story...

mustrunmore · 15/12/2009 21:18

mybabywakesupsinging · 15/12/2009 21:44

He thought it a ridiculous question

peanutbear · 15/12/2009 22:08

gagamama · 15/12/2009 22:33
