Last year ds3 wanted a 'bulb of the moon' and a whistle on a string. This year he wants a dsi and a hat (thats it). Ds1 would like 5000 pounds among other things.

OP posts:
TALLULAHBELLEOFTHEBALLROOM · 14/12/2009 16:38

DD (2.6) - a balloon & a baby.

And helpfully suggested presents for the rest of us:
DT1 - new shoes & a baby
DT2 - new shoes and a baby
Daddy - a baby
Mummy - snotters
Gee thanks -I'll look forward to opening my pressie then

webwiz · 14/12/2009 16:41

One year DD2 asked for a magic carpet - just like Aladdin's. I can't remember how I managed to fob her off but it hasn't passed into family mythology as a much wanted present that was never received. Those honours are reserved for: The Mr Frosty ice maker, a metal detector and a cadbury's chocolate machine money box

PixieOnaChristmasTree · 14/12/2009 16:45

DS(8) wants:

  • A Nintendo Wii (done)

  • Some animals for his ark (done)

  • Bruno Tonioli

midnightexpress · 14/12/2009 16:46

Tallulah!!!!! How the heck are you???It's been ages. Such ages in fact that your DTs are now talking! Heavens.

DS1 wants a telescope.

midnightexpress · 14/12/2009 16:48

Ah no, misread your post. Perhaps not that ages. Anyway hope you're all well (potential snotters aside)

The list and the Argos catalogue numbers next to each item.

Melody4 · 14/12/2009 16:58

My 2 year old wants a balloon. Nice and cheap. I'll take advantage of it while I can.

mumof2rugrats · 14/12/2009 17:21

my dd1 (6) has asked for a house with a garden as we live in a tiny 2 bed flat.
she is going to be upset when she wakes up finds that santa cant bring us a house she had been watch miracal on 34th street

gagamama · 14/12/2009 17:34

VirginPeachy - 250g of Christmas pasta for £1.59 if that helps you at all?

WillowFae · 14/12/2009 17:38

My son (aged 5) wrote on his list 'see in the dark opera glasses'.

They are actually night vision goggles that we saw in Toys R Us but we are not sure where the 'opera glasses' bit came from!

SE13Mummy · 14/12/2009 17:44

My DD (just 5) has written, "please may I have some legoow, stickos and sum gluow".

Luckily for her FC had already stocked up on all of the above

Picante · 14/12/2009 17:52

DS (3) wants a pedal bin.

IneedacleanerIamalazyslattern · 14/12/2009 17:56

DS (3) wants a blue car and a red car.
DD (6) Barbie and the 3 muskateers DVD and
a surprise.

Easy one for Santa this year then

domesticslattern · 14/12/2009 18:07

Frequent requests here for "moon on stick, mummy". How the heck to provide that to a toddler? I'm stumped.

imaginewittyfestivenamehere · 14/12/2009 18:12

For her birthday dd1 wanted pink shoes & a hat scarf & gloves - items I would have bought anyway.....

For christmas anything pink, hello kitty, peppa pig or dore - on her picture list she has a peppa ds game - despite having no ds & hello kitty sunshade for the car!

IneedacleanerIamalazyslattern · 14/12/2009 18:13

I often covet your name domestic wish i'd claimed that one too haha.

TALLULAHBELLEOFTHEBALLROOM · 14/12/2009 18:19

Hey Midnight! Well has been a while. DT's will be one on Hogmanay.

PixieOnaChristmasTree · 14/12/2009 18:24

Moon on stick = round white chocolate lollipop

MrsSantaChemist · 14/12/2009 18:28

Would a moon jar do instead of moon on stick?

oxocube · 14/12/2009 18:31

Oh I am filling up reading some of these posts .

JACKIEwrappingPAPER · 14/12/2009 18:58

dd (nearly 3) wants sky. as in the sky, where the clouds are. (not as in tele!)
good luck with that one santa

Ekka · 14/12/2009 19:03

Dd (2 1/2) when asked what she wanted from Santa said 'A ducky to go in my bath'

We've bought the 2 kids a playhouse for the garden - clearly we should have saved our cash .

I may have to splash out on a duck for the bath though, to keep the magic alive

GoldenGreen · 14/12/2009 19:08

DS, 3 wants a carrot (he means a toy carrot for his play kitchen). And that's it. A cheap year for us!

bristols · 14/12/2009 19:14

DS (3) told the ladies at playgroup that he wanted 'a stone'. Easy!
