sorry if stupid question, but did you put the basket together yourself? I can see the book but not the basket?

A total long shot but if anyone else needs to get rid of a Boden voucher I’d be very grateful :)

I have posted one above, not sure if it's been taken or not as no one has acknowledged it so may be worth trying.

No I saw it as a prize in a competition so would have to put together yourself but thought it could be done with all different books eg. How to draw anything book with sketch pads and pencils, that sort if thing.

The next sale has started online.

Sainsbury’s has 25% off 6 bottles of wine. But they also have nectar prices on lots of different wines. For example, oyster bay Sauvignon is down to £9 a bottle plus 25% off on top of that if you buy 6. I bought a box to put away for Christmas.

if anyone has a spare Boden code they wouldn’t mind PM’ing me I would be hugely grateful! 🙏

@Moonnstarzunfortunately it must have been snapped up - was very kind of you (and all the others) that have shared them. I think private messaging is the way forward 😂

fishfingersandchipsagain · 19/09/2026 12:09

Those buying gifts from the Starfish project - I am probably stating the obvious but a lot of the jewellery has Christian symbolism beyond the more obvious crucifixes.

Starfish, True North, “love mercy, act justly, walk humbly”, “seeds of hope” are all Christian symbolism.

I only say it in case you were not aware and it might affect the meaning of the gift one way or the other for you or the recipient. IMO it would be similar to giving an Ichthys (Jesus fish) symbol. If a recipient were religious they might see it as affirming their faith, but if they were not it could be seen differently.

Ah sorry, I don't get how the private messaging works on here hence just posting. Thought someone might also comment to say they have used it too.

Thanks @hugsandpugsyou have helped me loads over the last few years and managed to get that lovely leisure suit for dd at 0500 when I woke up and couldn’t get back to sleep!! As I’ve already managed to eat most of the Tony’s chocolate that’s the first proper present ticked off! 😂

Oh hello! Thought I recognised your name 😊 no problem happy to help ❤️ I noticed there was a gaming oodie on there reduced right down to £5 but out of stock I was gutted would have been perfect for DS

Tesco also have Clubcard prices on a lot of wines and 25% off six or more bottles until 21st September.
Also Tesco have something called Clubcard Plus. You pay £7.99 per month but get 10% off two big shops a month, up to £200 in value, so if you shop carefully you can save £40. It also gives you 10% off Tesco brands at any time (F&F clothing, Go Cook, Fox & Ivy etc). The only problem is that it's only for use in store. If you sign up you can get a month's free trial so definitely worth trying (I've used it for years so saved a lot of money).

Does anyone have an argos code please? I'm spending 70-80. Thank you.

Puffalicious · 19/09/2026 13:55

3 for 2 at Bath& Wind witj code EARLYBIRD. Brands like Neom & St Eval.

I buy St Eval candles every year & they were cheaper here last year than buying direct, which was crazy.

Thank you so much for this.

It's Bath and unwind in case anyone else is looking for it.

You can also sign up for 15% off your first order although I do not know het if that stacks with the 3 for 2.

Fingers crossed. Will report back!

Three for two on lots of Pandora items on their website. I’d been looking at a necklace and earrings for dd’s December graduation so got those and the matching ring for same price. Very pleased with that.

The Sauce Shop has a number of hampers reduced. I haven't ordered from them before so not sure on dates but thought it might make a good gift for awkward men (I have a number to buy for!) so I've risked it 😂

The discussion on EB mum and dad mugs has got me thinking that would be a nice gift for my elderly presents this year. However, EB wouldn't be their style. Too heavy and too big, and they'd like a china mug. Does anyone have any ideas?

@ArthurChristmas22 Dunoon mugs are lovely, bone china - so light. They come in different sizes too. Not cheap but they are my go to mug!

Dates are in the important information section. Looks like Sept and Oct expiry for a couple of the items but it’s a best before date. I’m sure they will be fine for quite some time.
