Thread 2 - the one where I try to get organised

[Reastie]

Hope I'm not tempting fate with that thread title
This is intended as a friendly, kind, safe, warm and fuzzy place for people to share discounts, bargains and Christmas gift ideas both online and IRL. Please note the tone and intention of the thread and join with spirit as generous as DC helping themselves to the Christmas chocolate celebrations .

Here’s some useful information about how to save the thread or a specific post so you don’t need to have a message to check in for every thread so you have the thread saved:

To watch the thread - click on the little bell that has ‘watch’ under my first message. This adds the whole thread to your ‘watched threads’

You can also bookmark a specific post by clicking on the ‘bookmark’ under the specific post. This saves your exact place in a thread but doesn’t alert you to new replies.

If you have any referral links or codes, please share them on the referral thread https://www.mumsnet.com/talk/christmas/5577375-bargain-referrals-thread

A reminder that we don't use affiliated links on here please (I think that's the term, let me know if I got that wrong).

You are all wonderful and I’m now going back to my mince pie and stollen (never too early!).

I've had a few of these M&Sense candles now and they've all been really nice - they're massive, look way more expensive than they are, and the scents I've had have all been delish. Can't vouch for these two personally but get mostly good reviews and are currently on offer

Natural Espresso Scented Aromatherapy candle at £11.65

And this Basil and Ginger one for £9.60

My Hart of Spur Sebatier knife sets have arrived. Love them!! Can’t believe I paid less than £7 per set!
Also, Yorkshire Trading parcel arrived and everything is intact and accounted for. Really pleased with that too!

Can anyone recommend a heated gilet. It’s for my 85 year old dad who has poor circulation and struggles to feel warm .

The best hand cream by L'Occitane is currently £20 on Amazon rather than £27 (which is what it seems to be elsewhere too) https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0G3XVV4SY/ref=ewc_pr_img_1?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&th=1

I can highly recommend All Beauty, of shopped there loads of times and they have great Trust Pilot reviews.

They have loads of perfume and aftershave in the 20% off offer, plus skincare and make-up - https://allbeauty.com/collections/offers-limited-time-offers

No I haven’t got one yet. If anyone has one free it would be very appreciated x

I’ve sent you a PM but they have to be through the web browser as there isn’t any PM facility on the app, thank you so much!

A bit late but here is my Boden code if anyone wants it. Needs to be used today.

@stimpy1 Thank you so much for posting this! Such a fab gift for one of my Grands

A total long shot but if anyone else needs to get rid of a Boden voucher I’d be very grateful :)

I would love a boden code too please if anyone else has one they won’t use. Thank you!
