Tesco Christmas Slots 2025

OMG really

I'm at 17 minutes - have been on the page since 5.45. Every year they do this and it's nonsense really! Every other supermarket has had slots available for Christmas for at least the past 2 weeks! I've actually saved up with Tesco this year, for the first time ever, so I've got loads of money to spend on the Christmas shop! It's going to be weird to see that amount go back to zero and have to start saving again!

I’m pretty sure that, after the rush, there’s still Xmas shopping slots. I do wonder if they cause the problem with this, rather than just quietly opening the slots

I didn’t get the option to pay by vouchers, Hoping as the shop’s not due till Christmas time it will give me that option. I’d have saved up over £500 in vouchers.

My wait time has dropped substantially. Presumably it's people closing multiple devices or checking out quickly.
I guess it means you have to keep checking rather than coming back after the wait time they gave you.

I am done. Couldn’t use vouchers but can hopefully add them later.

I'm almost certain they do. They know they'll get people on X chatting about it. It's great marketing, but also really irritating! I booked Christmas slots with Sainsbury's and Ocado at least 2 weeks ago!
Still, it's always fun to do a Christmas shop!

Good luck with Morrisons. I've only ordered from them twice and both times they've let me down. Most recently they just didn't bother turning up with our order (which included birthday cake and candles well as food for our daughters birthday the best day). They kept sending messages that it was going to be late but they'd be there, we gave up at 11pm and my husband had to dash to the nearest late night supermarket instead. They never turned up, no message the next day, and their promised measly compensation (after I phoned them) didn't turn up either.

The previous time, they cancelled my Christmas slot a few days behind Christmas.

Never again.

Been on here nearly an hour so not complaining - unlike the Ddog who is grumbling cos I’ve woke her up too early!!

Argh, I'm in, but now have "sorry and error has occurred". Annoying!

Boom! Done! All slots booked from now to 29th December. Toilet roll in each to hold ( well you can never have too many!)
I had Tesco App. Tesco website on iPad and pc. App was clear winner. Others still had 15 mins and more than an hour. Standing down now.

I got the error message when I was at the front and it moved me in to check out. Closed the app, reopened it and went to book a slot, clicked on Christmas slots at the top and got straight through.

Don’t lose hope if you get the error message!!

Done and checked out. Chose 22nd as then have 2 days to get any missing bits.
Hope you all don't have to wait too long.

And done. That was the quickest I think I've ever actually got in and booked. Hopefully people won't start getting stupid wait times now. X
