I’ve now gone back to actually shop and add more in but I can’t save my basket 😭😭😭

I had a 10 (actually 25) min wait from 6.30 but booked for my parents as desired. Then realising from here I could book post Christmas too, I popped back in and booked for a week later too. Sorted.

I'm furious. I got to the front of the queue on the website by 6.10 and have been getting an error message and "please refresh" since then. I can't even escape from it and get back into the queue, even if I log out and back in it takes me back to the same screen! So I'm trying the app on my phone and my wait time has been 2 mins for the last 15 mins....

I eventually deleted cookies to get out and logged back in to re-join the queue. Got what I wanted in the end, very frustrating though.

I had to queue twice. 😡 Got in on the website and got this error message constantly so could do nothing. Then tried the app and had to queue again to do it

Would it be better to use the App do you think?

I know it's probably too late this year but I do think it makes a difference if you use the app. For the past six/ seven years, I've logged on at about 5:45 via the app and she has logged on via the website a few minutes before me. Every single year, I get my slot booked while DH is still waiting in the queue! Today, when I logged on it said I had about 20 minutes to wait whilst DH, who was logged on before me, had 45 minutes. My wait time came down a lot quicker as well - I had our slot all booked and checked out and DH still had 35 minutes to wait!

19th, 23rd &29th booked! Took about 25 mins as overslept & didn't log in till 6.39🙄

Have managed to book three additional slots on my phone. Only a few minutes wait and no site crashes.

Same here; laptop wouldn't let me check out.
Went on phone app, straight to checkout. All completed now, but couldn't quite believe it after laptop experience so screen shotted confirmation. Have had email confirmation now, so all good.

So I now also have my slots. I got in on dd’s phone first and it immediately bumped me to the back of the queue when I tried to do anything. Then about a minute later and my phone let me in. Phew. Only late evening slots on 23rd, which is really annoying. But it is what it is. Really poor this year Tesco.

Those who've settled for the 23rd instead of 24th - check again! Initially the 24th was unavailable for me. But I've just logged back in (no wait) and the 24th was magically available.

I waited in the queue but when I finally got through the slots were only showing until 1 December 😞 Anyone else have that issue? I have a delivery saver plan

You need to have the “Anytime” delivery saver plan not off peak…

I got up late, but managed to get a slot for 22nd at around 7.15. Happy with that as it gives me a decent amount of time to pop to the shops for anything missing from my order without a panic on xmas eve.

Waited about 10 minutes to get in, pretty smooth process.

I went on at 630 waited 25 minutes (despite it saying 7 min!!! ) and got 9pm on 23rd 🤦‍♀️ can’t get collection at a better time tho.

Got a slot for 23rd morning 8-9am! Started queuing at 5.50am and got through 6.2am. Checked out with 2 bottles of whiskey 🤣

Well queuing was ‘fun’, it was nice to participate, and I’ve got the next 4 deliveries booked.

This happened to me, only way to fix it was delete cookies and then it worked. I wasted over an hour in the process though!
