It's nearly time! November is tomorrow and Mariah Carey will be officially announcing the start of festivities . People who went on to grow the mini Bloom & Wild trees, has anyone had any luck with growing them in pots? I've a couple of people in mind who would like one but they only have yards, so will need potted up...any advice would be appreciated please 🌲

We had both of ours potted up - both the living and the dead, in case it came back to life. The living one was still going in the summer but I've just been out to search for it and can't find it so presume it died and DH didn't mention it.

Something that’s not obvious with the Chuckling Cheese collections is that most of the cheeses contain E202, potassium sorbate. This preservative is no problem for most people, but some can be sensitive to it.

If you go to the listing for each individual cheese and click on ingredients it tells you there. Most do: this one doesn’t, but then it contains rennet and it doesn’t tell you if it’s vegetarian rennet or not. I’m using ‘Contact us’ to ask, but that method is not working properly just now.

I needed some new moisturiser and tried to find an offer on CLINIQUE. John Lewis have got 20% off and if you spend £60 or more a fab free gift. All products that I will use. So DH has now bought me that for Christmas🙌.

The Deans hamper last year was a little better from memory, it has a flat cow tin, two nice long rectangular ones and one maybe two cylinders plus the grim cheese ones and maybe a box of something else. It was a bit better for splitting up as extra gifts. Still nice, but I am going to keep looking to see if they do a better one (it sold out last year and they didn't a second version).

I am stressed as I have very little this year so far. Need to sort slings and Leicester and nephews this week so I can focus on my children.

Remember vinted though. Got DD a great BNWT Lucy and yak jumpsuit this week for £20 and there are loads of christmas jumpers etc which I am now looking at. Last year I got a few decent new, sealed games on there. Best to use it sooner rather than later though as sellers have a while to post and parcels will be slower to arrive as we approach christmas.

@Sleeposaurus your right there was another tin or two of shortbread in there last year. But butter is so expensive now I’d assume that’s hitting them hard

I haven’t seen many adanola discounts ever as the stock comes in and out but they do a 10% sign up code for their newsletter which is better than nothing! Just managed to get the chocolate brown oversized hoody in stock so happy with that
