The general consensus for the thread is to share any bargainous links, ideas and/or discount codes or information. No affiliate links (is that the right word?) And any referral links to the separate thread linked below. This is a warm, friendly, kind and cosy corner of mn filled with Christmas cookies and hot chocolate - let’s keep it that way!

Ohh deer! I have just ordered the Papergang box. For me.

Thumbelina9 · 24/09/2025 00:28

I get 10% cashback with Body Shop with my Halifax account at the moment.

Also 10% with the Entertainer

Confusedmeanderings · 24/09/2025 02:28

I'd forgotten about the Papergang boxes. They were great for my stationery loving niece.

MaybeMrs · 24/09/2025 05:32

Debating whether to order the Ugg trainers for my DD with 20% off or hold out for a better deal?

This looks like a great offer. I tried to check best before date and couldn’t find this. Do you know if it’s good for Christmas? Thanks

Onemoret1me · 24/09/2025 06:29

I’ve seen the whistle fish site mentioned LOs and I finally succumbed to ordering from there. The cards have arrived and they are great! Such good quality and gorgeous designs.

www.pcsplus.co.uk

If anyone is a member of the PCS union take a look at PCSPlus. It's free but no one seems to know about it.

You can get money off lots of shops (most supermarkets, B&M, TK Maxx, Primark, H&M, Currys, Argos, Boots, John Lewis, Bloom and Wild and so on. The Entertainer is on there but Smyths isn't). It's gift vouchers and I've stacked vouchers or used offers with no issues.

The voucher has always come through to my email within 10 minutes.

I dont really shop online so Ive only used the vouchers in person. You'll need to read them to see if you can use them online but I can't imagine you wont be able to?

The voucher shows the value of the voucher, not the amount you've spent and they dont ask for evidence of PCS membership when you use them.

half price toy sale at The entertainer is defs worth a look - reduced Minecraft, Barbie, hatchimals, my puppy’s home etc

I can’t recall the poster looking for a deal on Mini Brands but a 4pk for £15 in the half price sale.

Mygardenandme · 24/09/2025 07:44

Has anyone seen these in stock? Needs to be the knee length ones. My daughter has worn hers to death and has asked for a replacement pair but I cant find any.

redjoker · 24/09/2025 07:45

I got my other half and step dad these last year and I searched high and low and ordered quite a few to try out,

This is the cheapest Ive seen them (that includes a battery)

These China imports arent going to give you luxury and the sizes are a bit hit and miss so please beware of that, but if you want one of these that isn't from the UK and about £70 then this is a good deal

Just to add i regularly return items to amazon with no issues at all might be worth it just to see what you think

It was me, thanks!

SmashingGemini · 24/09/2025 08:21

The Hotel Chocolat are also the same price on John Lewis. They’re described as ‘reduced to clear’ and have a sell by date stated as 30.09.25 😳
Hope Amazon are better than that or we’ll all be eating them up this week!

LoopyGremlin · 24/09/2025 08:22

Can you return the chocolates to Amazon?! I have also bought but don’t fancy eating them this week!

Theraffarian · 24/09/2025 08:35

I have given up buying chocolate on Amazon , quite often the dates aren’t great , but even when they are the chocolate seems to be stored quite badly . Last Christmas I ended up apologising to everyone I had given a box of after eights to as a little gift as when I opened mine the mint inside was solid and the chocolate decidedly not right . They don’t usually accept food returns but will credit your account if the chocolate is out of date ( extremely close to expiry ) if you contact them .

SmashingGemini · 24/09/2025 08:54

Mine are due for delivery today and I’ll definitely be complaining if the use by date is 30th September! It wasn’t highlighted anywhere that I could see whereas it’s quite clear on John Lewis.

Theraffarian · 24/09/2025 08:58

£10 off a £20 spend and free delivery over £15 original price on Amazon haul from now until 30 September if there’s anyone left who hasn’t bought all they need !

Years long lurker on this thread, just popping on to say thank you so much for the heads up on 20% off Uggs. TopCashback seems to be tracking as well. Saved me £30 so was much appreciated.

Isittooearlyforchristmasmusic · 24/09/2025 09:26

Matalan Alder Hay pyjamas have launched today. We've had them every year since they started, its our christmas tradition, but sadly we won't be able to get them this year. They've changed the style and included buttons. My child is disabled and can not wear buttons

Please could you remind me of how to get 20% off Uggs? I've been following these threads but missed this and they're on my daughter's list!
