You shouldn’t need a link - download the benefit cosmetics app and sign up to rewards there.

Once on the app, even though it gives you a loyalty card, you then have to click to join the Rewards programme. You should then be given a promo code. (Weirdly, they do NOT email this to you - it’s just on the page that says they’ve given you 20% off.)

I found the site very difficult to navigate and badly set out.

The free gift part of the welcome offer on the benefit rewards still works with subsequent orders.

Just tried it and although the 20% off doesn’t come off it does add the 3 free gifts even though I’ve used the code twice already
