I get £30. It's better than nothing and I'm grateful 🙏 usually get wine for Christmas with it.

£30 gift card

Bonus is in September and is typically 5-10% of salary. We get a Christmas lunch catered in the office, a hamper & a bonus holiday (usually Christmas Eve). I love a Christmas hamper

@Gingernaut those drumsticks look good though!!!

We can't eat chewy sweets whilst on calls

Our upper management put no thought at all into what was suitable

A tub of [insert name of famous chocolate truffle tubs here] would have been a better choice

Not a penny. Used to work for a company that paid a 13th cheque and naively thought that was the norm.

Worked for a private family once where husband gave my bonus to the wife to pass on and she never did.

She wasn't lacking in funds, just tight feasted.

As a nanny, I’ve always received a bonus anywhere between £1k-£5k. This year I am with a new family and I got some presents which I have yet to open.

Nothing.

There is an all staff Christmas party (I never attend).

That's awful the wife did that!
