How did you know it was the fragrance samples @imnottoofussed ? You must have seen something else to me.
The advertisement I saw clearly shows the discovery box. I honestly don't think this was a simple mistake this looks set up for misinterpretation .

@Puravida23 because I had them in a previous mystery box which also said it came with the ct fragrance discovery set. I wasn't expecting an actual boxed set though as I didn't know what it was but I just expected small sample sizes with it being called discovery.

Yours obviously did show a picture of something that you didn't receive if that's a pic of something they said was in the box. I can't remember what it showed me for my last few orders to know if they falsely advertised anything to me

Did anyone buy the fahlo tracking bracelet?! I bought one and I've lost it! No idea where I have stashed it and I can't even remember what I am looking for. Could anyone tell me if it came in a box or an envelope?! What was the packaging like? Arhhh I've wrapped everything and there is nothing left. Where is it!

Thoroughly hacked off with Laithwaites, a cheese and wine tray was missing from my order and they couldn't be less bothered, just keep telling me to continue waiting, it clearly isn't coming and it's a gift for someone we're seeing before Christmas so I need them to refund and I now need to find something else.

Also shocked at Penhaligons who haven't covered themselves in glory. @Puravida23 this isn’t the first time BB have done this with the Charlotte Tilbudy perfume samples. In June this year they advertised the same thing, the discovery fragrance kit in the nice box which is sold elsewhere. Like you, I planned on gifting for someone’s birthday, and I too received the individual samples. I emailed querying this saying I think I received the wrong item as I was expecting the collection of emotions fragrance at as shown on the email, and got the reply:

“The image was provided by Charlotte Tilbury and the 6 individual perfumes were given by the brand the way you have received them, as you mentioned you still got your 6 perfumes so what I would do is buy a cute gift set box and then gift them to your friend as I am sure they will still be grateful as the testers don't stay in there packaging that long.
