It's a very busy thread, so see the tips below for helping everything run smoothly and avoiding repetitions of Cookiegate etc al. I haven’t read the full thread so someone else might have had it already but if not I would love it please :)

I emailed them in November (when deans was first mentioned) they emailed me back within the hour.
My delivery took 7 days (delivered by royal mail) and was only notified the night before.

I just added it to bag as usual and selected the send to my email then checked out - so I’m expecting a voucher that I can then use on the Gousto website … however it’s been 10 mins and still no email confirmation…

edited to add in the FAQs it says it can take up to 30 mins to get your voucher email

I received my Deans order today and nothing has been damaged so I’m please about that and the whole bundle looks really lovely.

I have a daft question about Fahlo bracelets. I ordered 2 for the same animal in different colours and got 3 cards with the names of the animals and the qr code to scan. Does it matter which card goes with which bracelet?

Anyone wanting toys and not wanting to pay the Black Friday prices- Amazon and Argos have quite a bit reduced lower than prices on Black Friday like the little live pets penguin for just under £17!

I get what we're saying about the service but I can't imagine the amount of orders they got through this thread, through how many comments on here from folk that bought but also all the people who didn't post that they'd bought! Probably overwhelming for them but I also get it about the service.

Does anyone have any recommendations for places that print tickets as placeholders for gifts?
I've given up on finding anything else for my 13 yo and I'm going to take her on an extreme day trip!

As if by magic mines has turned up. I must say I am impressed. It's come in a box with fragile on it and they've used some cardboard inside the box as well to keep stuff from banging about.

Some of the items aren't the same as advertised but I'm pleased as I fancied the look of the yule log ones when they changed the hamper.

Etsy has lots of great options for customized tickets/scratch cards, the issue is deciding on a design!
I have had an elegant looking invite for a spa weekend, a gold scratch card for a big gig, and a silvery, vintage-looking train ticket for a HP event. All with recipient names, dates, etc. made to order.
