Just wanted to say thanks to @LilyBobtail1 My Naledi stuff arrived and it is beautiful. And so nicely packaged. 4 pairs of really lovely, unique earrings for £54 delivered. 2 for gifts. 2 for me!

Anyone who ordered from (House of) Frasers and it is classed as an oversized delivery, has anyone heard anything yet? Mine is still saying 'processing' but expected delivery date Tuesday 3rd September 🤔

@crisis1000 not the £19.99 here but as an aside I placed an order for Fraser's last night, one item I was especially determined to get for DDs birthday in two weeks, and within seconds I was emailed to say it was out of stock and removed from my order. I'm now paying delivery for all of my add on items. I'm absolutely furious.

Coming in with a recommendation after my daughters friend had these at a party last night and they went down a storm 🙈 comes with pens and stencils that draw directly onto your skin like a tattoo. The colours are lovely and they remove really easily, came off with a baby wipe. My friends DD has excema and sensitive skin and there was no problems. I've just bought 4 packs for all my nieces 😅

I ordered from Frasers 17th August but standard delivery.. 2 items came really fast and I'm still waiting for 2 - typically the bits I really wanted 😞 Delivery for me was said to be by Friday 23rd August. Customer service is awful I've emailed no reply. Live chat says its stuck at the warehouse and they will chase and get back to me but then no response. Same with Game (I know they are the same group) 1 thing from my order has arrived and no updates since. Be interesting to see of anyone else is having issues!

I also ordered soon boots separately which I need to return, but they didn't come with a delivery note, so emailed 5 days ago about that and no reply.

Think this is a company I won't order from again which is a pity as the bargains were excellent

@crisis1000 Returns are online via a portal. You need to find your email order receipt it should have a link.
I try not to order from them as they don't refund postage and charge to return but recently got and sent back a jacket.
Refund takes ages to process too.

I've had the exact same issue with Game. One item immediately, nothing since and they haven't replied to me either. I'm not impressed and wont order from them again.

Can't believe I'm saying this but I'm feeling extra organised this year- I'm stuck as per usual with my brother and SIL. 40s ex holiday reps- I usually buy alcohol for them or I've done hampers in the past eg film night or board games.
Any suggestions welcomed!

A few posters mentioned the 5 for £10 claires in store sale, but in mine if you spend £20 you get a squishmallow free too so a good re stock of the birthday present cupboard

Not a bargain but hoping someone can help. Hoping to gift a mum and daughter spa day but daughter is only 14. I’m based Cheshire/Manchester so if anyone has any suggestions. I have tried lots of places but they don’t cater for under 16/18.

@Delahot - if you can’t find a ‘spa day’ - how about booking afternoon tea at a posh Manchester hotel that might also offer manicures/pedicures/blowdrys to day guests? There shouldn’t be a problem with a 14 yo having those.

@Delahot - if you’re able to go as far as Whinfell Forest, (Centerparcs), Aqua Sana have spa days and the minimum age is 14. I have been to that Aqua Sana and it’s great.
