Yes, sometimes if you add something to your 'favourites' on Etsy, a discount appears under 'deals'.

The amount varies by shop and i've found it's often there the next day, if I leave something overnight. I won't buy anything without checking if a deal appears now!

The M&S one looks slightly different to the one I can see on the EA website - if you search 'ceramide' it's in the results priced at £0.00

I can't tell whether the item on the end is definitely the lipbalm thing, but it doesn't seem to be the gold capsules of the M&S set.

@Janetstreetwater - the pic posted above by @evtheria is the one that appeared on my order confirmation. There seems to be an 8 Hour mini cream in there, but whether it’s the hand or the body cream, I don’t kno.
