Thank you for the new thread!!

Dunedin Cashmere have 10% off with code DAD10

The DC would like to give each of their teachers and TAs a £10 voucher with their end of year cards as a thank you - I was thinking Costa/ Starbucks etc so they can have a coffee and cake on us! We'd need 4 vouchers if anyone has a more cost effective way of doing it...

Ewock · 10/06/2024 15:26

Costa have their buy a £20 card and get £5 back offer on at the moment. But that's a fair bot more than you wanted to spend

psuedocream3 · 10/06/2024 15:44

If you don't mind an online gift card voucher (you can print) you can get 7.5% cashback on Costa gift cards on the JamDoughnut app, and I think it's either an extra £4.00 or £5.00 bonus cashback on your first gift card purchase.

Thanks for the new thread!

These under eye masks are a good price on Amazon at £12.71 for 24 pairs (£18 reduced from £22 on their own website)

Thank you for the hobbycraft code. Has anyone bought a sewing machine from there, they have a kids one for £30 but wonder if it would be too basic for my teen dd?

onefedupmum1 · 10/06/2024 17:01

Has anyone saw any offers on the tonie boxes? It's for a Christmas present for DD so I'm not in a rush but thought I'd keep an eye out in case I can grab it as a bargain

Lisamari99 · 10/06/2024 18:27

where do we get the costa card, is it instore or online? sorry, not had them before!

M&s has some shirts and blouses in their sale

NoWordForFluffy · 10/06/2024 18:48

Here @Lisamari99.

OperationalSupport · 10/06/2024 19:56

@ArthriticAardvark kids machines are usually finicky, can’t handle much and make sewing difficult, resulting in a person who doesn’t like sewing. I’d try a standard machine instead, it’ll make for a much nicer experience.

Thank you so much!

Sallylovesdaisy · 10/06/2024 21:49

@ArthriticAardvark it's in the details of your account and under the sub heading subscriptions & services. It's £25 for a year of next day delivery. Great bargain, especially with Christmas not too far away.

If you have the costa app they have £20 gift card bumped up to £25- wonder if you can then split it?

I saw these in Trafford Center John Lewis a little while ago. I noticed they’d a separate section for them, had a sales person just promoting them and there were different offers on bundles. I don’t know if this was online also, an occasional promotion or if it’s there all the time but thought I’d mention it in case it helps.

Notlongnow1 · 11/06/2024 10:21

Don't suppose anyone has an Argos code pretty please, or can tell me how you get them! Spending £150. TIA

Cloakanddagger101 · 11/06/2024 11:34

I’m in John Lewis and they have these roasted marshmallow sets for £12 instead of £24. Is that a good deal?

No offers, but I’ve been shopping around and looking at various bundles and the best I’ve found so far are in Smyths. If you do find anything better, I’d be really grateful if you could let me know 💐

I got mine directly from Tonies on the run up to Black Friday. I got the box and 5 Tonies for £96 instead of £155.

I also think it was the same time Quidco were doing a £20 bonus if you spent over £50.

I would definitely say it's worth waiting for a deal. I think if you sign up to them you get a discount code but I don't think it worked with that offer.

Only thing I would say is that whilst I picked the 5 Tonies to go with it, I didn't get exactly what I wanted as it's a popular offer, but it didn't make any difference to my little boy. If I hear Gwen Stacey aka Ghost Spider one more time, I might scream!!! 6 times in a day can give-- anybody a nervous twitch!

But it's a fab present. My husband who was a doubter said to me the other day that we would

  1. Replace it the same week if the box ever broke
  2. Be getting our little girl one for her 2nd birthday (she is currently 5 months old lol).

Hope that helps. Xx

We had a Tonie box for DDs birthday from John Lewis and a bunch of figures for Xmas. When the box stopped charging on 22nd Dec evening, JL got an identical replacement to us in time for Xmas Couldn’t fault their service even if it was a few £ more, I returned the broken one in the new year.

The figures were on a 3 for 2 at Boots plus a load of points offers stacked, racked up enough points and cashback to pay for another 3 (so 6for2).

LiamNeesonIsADerryGirl · 11/06/2024 18:49

My local Poundstretcher had these pocket sticker books for 40p (£1.99 on Amazon). 5 different sheets per pack and loads of different themes. I have stocked up to keep the kids busy over the summer holidays!

It's a good price if the dates are long.

@Theimpossiblegirl Thanks, I realised after I posted that it’s was only the ones with a July expiry date that were on offer!

WhereTheresAHill · 12/06/2024 06:47
