This thread title made me think I should make up a 12 days of christmas song for all the main bargains we've got! Thanks@Yalz and @ApiratesaysYarrr for the inspo on the title.

In message two are the links and info from last year - if anyone has anything they'd like me to amend or add, please do tag me and I'll update.

A reminder not to post affiliate links in the thread but that MN do change amazon links shared by posters into MN affiliate links.

Please do watch the thread rather than post to mark place to make it easier for everyone to keep up and find relevant info.

I really can’t believe we are only on thread 16, last year it was well in to the 20s by now! It’s been a bit rubbish for bargains this year, hardly any fabulous deals around ☹️

@CoffeeAndEnnui i still have my brambley hedge books, written in by my grandmother Christmas 1983 so so beautiful and a lovely gift

I was an adult before I realised that the apples are bramley not brambley! I blame these books 😂.

Vouchers!

I have:

£15 birthday voucher for Hot Diamonds.

2 x £5 off £50 Argos

£5 off £30 Entertainer

£10 off £60 Entertainer.

Let me know if these would be any good and I'll PM them. Smile

@frecklejuice could you please PM me the Hot Diamonds birthday code if it hasn’t gone? I might finally be able to check out the basket I’ve been sitting on for two weeks 😅

fishfingersandchipsagain · 11/12/2023 19:16

I can also offer an Entertainer £5 off £30 and £10 off £60 if any use to anyone.

GoatsareGOAT · 11/12/2023 19:17

Lock picking kit which I think was a recommendation from one of these threads (or may have just been one I was watching) has a 50% off voucher taking it to £7.50

@mumonthehill That's lovely, I'm very envious. I've just asked DD to add the Winter Story and Secret Staircase books to her Mummy Christmas ideas list. She and I have decided that my 'aesthetic' (she's 12 and very into defining people's vibe) is in fact Brambly Hedge. It actually explains A LOT about my life and style choices😊

@AQuantityOfNaughtyCats How sweet, I hope you still say it from time to time! It's been so long since I owned the books that I added an extra e to the title. Apparently it's Brambly Hedge, I'm taking this as a sign that I need new copies. The universe is insisting.

Haven't posted on here before but thanks for all the tips and ideas. Haven't bought this brand before but I think ManCave has been mentioned previously. Saw this gift set which seems quite good for hard to buy for BiLs etc. £20.23 for five items and a wash bag.

ManCave gift set

My adult dc like Mancave. I got them this one which is on offer and a similar one, which is not, last year.

Sallyfreckles · 11/12/2023 19:37

Those 850g Dairy Milks are £6 with a Clubcard at Tesco. Not as good as last year's bargain but not bad! (£10 elsewhere)

TheGriffle · 11/12/2023 19:37

If anyone can recommend some good sticker scene books for my nearly 7 year old it would be appreciated. She’s enjoyed the Melissa and Doug reusable ones and has just finished the Osborne big animal sticker book and loved it so was hoping for something similar.

LittleMousewithcloggson · 11/12/2023 19:40

My local garden centre has already started reducing a lot of ornaments and lights. Some big savings. Might be worth looking in your local ones if you still need to decorate the tree

Bryna · 11/12/2023 19:48

I’m still after the elusive balloon dog Christmas tree ornament, thanks to suggestions I’ve tried the two local garden centres, alas no Homebase nearby! I’m looking preferably for the clear one, but the blueish colour would also do. Many Thanks

Melissa and Doug Vehicles reusable sticker pad £2.99 on Amazon, would make a nice stocking filler.

more expensive than the ones you’ve seen but it is clear !

fishfingersandchipsagain · 11/12/2023 20:14

A whole bunch of stuff in my Amazon basket got significantly reduced. Listing below in case helpful:

Anker power bank (great reliable brand) half price at £12.99

Book “what if” (good stocking filler) half price at £4.99

Tile mate 49% off at £11.99 (in grey)

The Wintertide Bear 50% ish off at £3.62.

If anyone could PM a student discount for Hot Diamonds I would appreciate it. It seems birthday codes are account specific now, and I’d really like to check out this basket but can’t bring myself to pay the price 😫😅

Bryna · 11/12/2023 20:15

@hobbitharry Thank you so much, that’s amazing more expensive- yes, but p&p included and personalised! I’ve ordered 😊Now to keep fingers crossed it’s dispatched quickly 🙈

OhRightyThen · 11/12/2023 20:20
