This thread title made me think I should make up a 12 days of christmas song for all the main bargains we've got! Thanks@Yalz and @ApiratesaysYarrr for the inspo on the title.

In message two are the links and info from last year - if anyone has anything they'd like me to amend or add, please do tag me and I'll update.

A reminder not to post affiliate links in the thread but that MN do change amazon links shared by posters into MN affiliate links.

Please do watch the thread rather than post to mark place to make it easier for everyone to keep up and find relevant info.

I’m still looking for a HotDiamonds stacking code if anyone knows one that works. Best I have found is just MSE40 + JEWELS for 40% off with free delivery. I’ve seen other codes but nothing that stacks.

If you know anyone who can give you a student discount code that stacked as well a couple of weeks ago.

Br1ll1ant · 11/12/2023 16:56

Those Santa trouser bowls were in Flying Tiger too

LoopyGremlin · 11/12/2023 17:03

I'm looking for a bottle of negroni if anyone has any suggestions.

Haven't posted on here before but thanks for all the tips and ideas. Haven't bought this brand before but I think ManCave has been mentioned previously. Saw this gift set which seems quite good for hard to buy for BiLs etc. £20.23 for five items and a wash bag.

@nothingcomestonothing i always write digital codes in Christmas cards, think i might put it in a little gift bag to make it look more exciting this year.

I really wanted a physical card as it's got to be from Father Christmas (younger sibling is a believer) and a print out of a digital code in a Xmas card in my writing is instantly clockable. And DD would probably not be subtle about it! Sigh.

TheDrsDocMartens · 11/12/2023 17:33

Anyone seen hand cream that attaches to a key ring? I can only find sanitiser

Chocolatecakewithsprinkles · 11/12/2023 17:52

@nothingcomestonothing hopefully you manage to get hold of one

Can I ask for advice please?

I am buying my nieces books for Christmas this year. I want them to feel like “special” ones.
But need a suggestion for my Niece age 3 please?

For comparison, the books I’ve bought for her Sisters are a Robert Sabuda pop up book and a Story Orchestra book.

Could anyone offer me any recommendations please? Thank you :-)

You can get books that are linked to Jellycat teddies? Maybe you could get one to match a Jellycat she already had perhaps?

I wonder if we need to start a different thread to run alongside the bargains one maybe next year? The threads used to be for people to post their bargains but this year there’s been many more requests for discount codes and stuff, and fewer people actually posting about bargains they’ve found. Just a thought.

Agree

Dreamqueen · 11/12/2023 18:05

Has anyone got a recommendation for a photo printed onto a canvas please? I'm doing the present for DGD to give to her Mum and Dad, this is my inspired idea. If anyone has a better idea for a 4 year old to give to her parents, it would be very welcome. It'll be the first year that she's done a present, up until now I've lived far away but now I have her regularly and think she'll be very excited about giving a present. Thank you.

CoffeeAndEnnui · 11/12/2023 18:12

@Andreseal The Brambley Hedge books are stunning keepsakes that would grow up with her as a reader. And the magical illustrations will spark her imagination while she's being read to. You don't mention budget so I'm linking a full set but the individual books are listed beneath. There's a book for every season and a few 'occasion' specials available too. I love them so much.

Here's a read-along video which will give you a good idea of the beautiful illustrations if you scan through. (The narration is a little bit annoying so hitting mute first might be handy!)

I've been following all the threads and now need help please. I'm looking for some gifts for DGD age 4 to bulk out the presents. We're putting money in her bank and have a coat, dress and a barbie for her to open but it doesn't look very much. She likes drawing, arts and craft but I'm grateful for any suggestions. Thank you.

Doe she have and Water Wow / Water Magic books? My DD (just a bit younger) loves them. The Melissa and Doug ones have the better pen but the Galt ones have better pictures (imo).

I'm of absolutely no use but just wanted to say I've seen this thread scroll past on active a few times and I've only just got it! Duh! Turtle gloves!!

I shall shuffle off now, giggling to myself, and leave you all in peace...!

Someaddedsugar · 11/12/2023 18:46

@Andreseal how about Oliver Jeffers' What We'll Build?

OnaKitchenRoll · 11/12/2023 18:49

Anyone have an idea where I could get a cheap magnetic poetry set from? Just an ordinary one- no themes and definitely nothing rude
