This thread title made me think I should make up a 12 days of christmas song for all the main bargains we've got! Thanks@Yalz and @ApiratesaysYarrr for the inspo on the title.

In message two are the links and info from last year - if anyone has anything they'd like me to amend or add, please do tag me and I'll update.

A reminder not to post affiliate links in the thread but that MN do change amazon links shared by posters into MN affiliate links.

Please do watch the thread rather than post to mark place to make it easier for everyone to keep up and find relevant info.

@Andreseal for a special book have a look at "shine a light" books, I love the "secrets of winter" one. They're more fun as there are things hidden in the pages which you can only see with torchlight.
Our on a similar theme "midnight creatures - a pop up shadow book" although might be a bit too young for this year.

sorryiasked · 11/12/2023 14:35

@Dreamqueen if there is enough space in the house, the cardboard colour in play houses are great - hobbycraft sell them. The table top castle is currently reduced to £10

I've been following all the threads and now need help please. I'm looking for some gifts for DGD age 4 to bulk out the presents. We're putting money in her bank and have a coat, dress and a barbie for her to open but it doesn't look very much. She likes drawing, arts and craft but I'm grateful for any suggestions. Thank you.

My little girl loves air dry clay, that kept her busy all afternoon yesterday 😅

Clucket87 · 11/12/2023 14:39

@Dreamqueen
I would go to the works and get a load of craft stuff.
Some ideas below for you.

Matalan has up to 50% off their Christmas dept starting tomorrow

TheSeasonalNameChange · 11/12/2023 14:51

@sorryiasked if you're buying the books you need a torch for please add a torch. Learnt that the hard way.

Has anyone seen any bargainous fluffy snuggly onesies for a seven year old boy? We had the John Lewis ones last year which are amazing but he's growing like a weed.

Dreamqueen · 11/12/2023 14:55

Thank you for all the suggestions so far I'm not sure how to do replies or mentions. The works is one of her favourite shops, as is home bargains. I might just make up a hamper thing of pens, paper and stuff. The cardboard colour in thing sounds good.

Irritatedmum · 11/12/2023 14:58

I wonder if we need to start a different thread to run alongside the bargains one maybe next year? The threads used to be for people to post their bargains but this year there’s been many more requests for discount codes and stuff, and fewer people actually posting about bargains they’ve found. Just a thought.

Vouchers!

I have:

£15 birthday voucher for Hot Diamonds.

2 x £5 off £50 Argos

£5 off £30 Entertainer

£10 off £60 Entertainer.

Let me know if these would be any good and I'll PM them. Smile

kkr168 · 11/12/2023 15:18

@frecklejuice could I please have an argos code.
Thank you

AnotherOne4 · 11/12/2023 15:23

You guys are so good at finding products, I wonder if you can help.
I'm trying to find a Santas Trousers Bowl, like this one:
Santa's Bowl

EDIT Should say it was originally £7.99 at The Range, so I don't really want to spend much more then that. For example Amazon have a similiar one for £26.95

Have just noticed the second code came with an apology for the first code not working 🤷‍♀️ I've not tried it but still happy to send it to someone to try.

A pp on the previous thread asked about Grape Prime, we found it in JD sports but that was a month or so ago so not sure if they still have it. It did taste revolting though!
On the subject of Prime has anyone seen the lemonade one? It's on my ds Xmas list. Thanks

Tesco had lots

Threeboysadogandacat · 11/12/2023 16:07

Thank you to whoever used my Laithwaites referral. Now to get my Hotel Chocolate Hamper. Unfortunately the site seems to have been down since around 3am. I can get it as far as adding to my basket but it won’t go to checkout. I’ve tried on several browsers but no luck!

Regatta have 15% extra off with the code XMAS. It works on sale items too. * *I got a great jacket for ds3, when they had 10% extra off, for £33.11 reduced from £130.

Seasonofthewitches · 11/12/2023 16:14

Thank you so much for all the ideas for my great uncle. I went with the murdle book but I’ve made a list of all the others for upcoming christmases and birthdays as he’s always someone I struggle to know what to buy for, but no more thanks to you lovely posters Xmas Smile

PersonWithInternalGonads · 11/12/2023 16:26

I like the mix of codes, requests for codes and ideas all on the same thread.

That said, all of my absolute bargains - Gruum, Fossil and Fahlo - show no sign of being dispatched!

Has anyone got a code for or ever used Sour Cherry? https://www.sourcherry.co.uk/

Chocolatecakewithsprinkles · 11/12/2023 16:39

@nothingcomestonothing i always write digital codes in Christmas cards, think i might put it in a little gift bag to make it look more exciting this year.
