Starting this in Reastie’s absence. Hope that’s ok.

Is there an easy way to find products sold by Amazon? I’ve got £5 off but it’s difficult to find stuff they sell.

Hibernatalie · 29/10/2023 15:57

@PurpleSkittle thank you - will take a look!

Yalz · 29/10/2023 16:00

@Sideorderofchips
Has anyone else tried tk maxx at all today? I can't add anything to a basket and if I click on the basket it says access denied. Wondering if there is a site issue or its just cos I'm in Jersey

It’s working for me. Sorry.

@qate @Magik01 @RainbowZebraWarrior i caved and ordered it anyway, mostly tempted by the Charlotte Tilbury, Trinny and Penhaligons stuff plus the Emma Hardie cleaning balm. In the past I’ve been able to almost pay for the price of the bag from this company by selling stuff I won’t use on vinted, so decided it was worth a punt.

i also think the free diffuser and penhaligons stuff will be suitable for Christmas gifts.

so now I have fully justified my purchase I feel a bit better 😊

What box / set is that please, it sounds like there are some lovely bits in it!

PeriwinkleForever · 29/10/2023 16:13

@Memo88 it’s the ultimate charity mystery bundle from The Bridal Beauty Company. I buy their boxes every few months and the value for £30-40 is amazing. Lots of great full sized items from big brands, many of which I now repurchase.

this, however, is £150 so a massive outlay for me but I decided to go for it. The contents are apparently worth £900+ and it also comes with a skincare advent calendar worth £200+ plus an Emma Hardie cleaning balm, a cochinelle diffuser worth £60 etc so I thought there’s a few gifts in there which brings down the overall cost for me.

Oh no, I just went to copy the link for you and noticed it is now out of stock 😳.

definitely have a look at their other stuff though as their bags are usually great value.

And with Superdrug if you sign up for their card which I've had for years plus I have the App on my phone you get some amazing 'Members' discounts

XmasShoppingsister · 29/10/2023 17:04

Brilliant cheap stocking filler from Studio.

Personalised Black Ballpoint Pen £2

Comes in a giftbox. There are other colours but they are more expensive at £8 each. Only downside, shipping is a standard £4.99 so you may want to add other things to make it worthwhile. For example:

Personalised Boot Bag £8

Personalised coloured pencils £5

Personalised Filled Pencil Case £8
I ordered this before and was really impressed.

Boxed Linea Ladies 'pizza' socks £1!!!
Perfect novelty stocking filler, the box is pizza slice shaped.

Ladies personalised Mule slippers £6

Mens personalised slippers £6

RADLEY Foldaway tote bag £8

Mens 3 pack Starwars socks £2.75

They also do a range of snuggle hoodies, these Xmas ones are £9 and they have matching kids ones too.

IggyAce · 29/10/2023 17:06

Missed the majority of the last thread, I must try harder to keep up.

IggyAce · 29/10/2023 17:08

Anyone looking for a wallet then I can recommend this one it comes in a lovely gift box. My dh has had one for a few years and just requested another for Christmas.

XmasShoppingsister · 29/10/2023 17:14

The studios range of xmas 'snuggle hoodies' have kids ones at £10 (more than the adults?!) But also have them for Dogs!!! for £6 each, in 2 different colours.

Igglepiggleandhisboat · 29/10/2023 17:20

Can I have some present ideas please for my 70 year old DF. He loves running but I’m not a runner and have no idea what a runner would like? He also gets upset if I spend much money on him. We’ve only just got to a place where he will let me get him something!
Any ideas? X

One of the B's is very sad that his Granny has just refused to buy him a snuggle hoodie for Xmas 🤣

Can’t remember who was asking but I’ve just been in my big Tesco extra and they had quite a variety of the orchard games on sale. It is a large store so might not be in every Tesco but they had lots of the small (but not mini the full size smaller boxes if that makes sense) sized ones and couple larger games too - mammoth maths, a Dino one, times tables, lots of others. Looked like 20-25% off and couple clearance ones too. Hopefully whoever was looking has luck in their local Tesco too.

Aww he needs a snuggle hoodie... it would suit him so much! He does look very content snuggled up on the blanket though, so hopefully he's not too sad 😄

hby9628 · 29/10/2023 18:19

@XmasShoppingsister I love that hoodie for dogs!!
I've checked the size guide and was surprised to find that dog measurements weren't listed 🤣
I'm guessing a cavapoochon would be a medium....he has quite long legs.

XmasShoppingsister · 29/10/2023 18:26

@hby9628 Oh really, how strange? I was actually impressed that there were several doggy sizes, but not much help without the actual measurements! Goodluck... I hope medium fits 😊

NightOwl101 · 29/10/2023 19:03

Any good offers on the air up bottles? I can't bring myself to pay full price but I know DD would be over the moon with one

There are referral posts on the referral thread. The latest ones seem to be 10% off but if you scroll back a bit there are some 20% off ones. They seem to have changed the deal but the older ones still work.
as far as I’m aware that’s the best offer they do (I got one for my DD last year)

FredaFox · 29/10/2023 19:13

BlackFlyChardonnay · 28/10/2023 21:10

Long shot, but does anyone know if fortnum & Mason ever do discounts for black Friday? I'd like to gift someone a hamper but they are so beyond expensive 😫 a nice discount (preferably 99% 😏 ) would be grand.

Never however I have had generous cash back before from top cash back etc so worth looking at those

WhereTheresAHill · 29/10/2023 19:21

@Igglepiggleandhisboat there was a pair of men’s running socks (double layered to prevent blisters) in the Mountain Warehouse sale, £15 down to £3.99 I think it was plus an extra 20% off and free delivery this weekend

lotsofthingstolearn · 29/10/2023 19:23

Does anyone know if Joules still do discount codes etc since they've been acquired by Next?

User202242 · 29/10/2023 19:35

Orchard game bundle in The Works!
