Are we having a Christmas fridge thread this year?

I know every year it gets slated by the ones who click on It to say how awful it is. But don't know if it would be genuinely insensitive?
I'm only asking because I finally have a proper huge fridge for the first time in years 😀

@Favouritefruits about 2 weeks supplies there of butter. It's hit and miss as to if there is any left in the supermarket, so we generally keep a week in hand.
OTOH, that small tub of margarine is about 6 months old.

Three salads and 8 cheeses to go (plus we've a bottle of milk on the side in the kitchen to put back in).

For the milk waste person...there's another hidden on the second shelf up!

My fridge, I am jealous of the size of some of these fridges.

My husband said I'm ridiculous for taking photo he knew what it was for as ive spoke about it over last few years! Never posted before thou ! The big tesco bag at bottom is christmas day lunch food going to my in laws family, rest is for boxing day for my family

I'm not going to post ours (2) as I'll get flamed but my husband is autistic and can't make decisions so ends up buying 5 types of everything.

I’ve enjoyed a good fridge nosey! I got my fridge/freezer earlier this year and I love it - before that I’d only had a fridge.

There’s only 2 of us for Christmas Day, so my fridge looks a bit empty compared to most of you. Heading out shortly to pick up the veg.

I'd love a bigger fridge freezer.
Cannot get anythibg else in and i forgot dips.

Sainsbury's didn't have one of my salads, which was annoying. But it meant the Tetris was easier on my return!

My mind is made up definitely going back to a American style fridge freezer. Hopefully can get one in the January sales. It appears the new tradition in my house each year is to buy a new fridge freezer

Here's my tiny fridge, packed. I have two freezers full and food/drink in every surface and cupboard.

genuinely interested in knowing who cleans up at the end of each day and how do you muster the courage to do it all over again.

we had 23 over for Christmas and I’m still finishing the loading / unloading of dishwasher, washing up and trying to put away the occasions crockery cutlery platters etc.

The dishwasher ran on a loop with extra washing up in between. Everyone helped with loading/unloading/washing up/drying up.

Also had people help with peeling potatoes etc, carving meat, making gravy…

Had to just ignore the mess for a few days! I went out for a few hours yesterday afternoon and dp did a big tidy up. Today we’re back to just us so I’m planning on doing the rest!
