What gifts are you getting yourself this year?

Anyone else bought themselves a little gift (or two) this year?

I've decided to treat myself to a box of Christmas chocolates from Hotel Chocolat. I'm into fitness/running and nobody every buys me chocolate at Christmas because they think I'll disapprove?! (Definitely not the case!) Every year I watch everyone else opening their chocolates with envy...

Very unusual for me to treat myself but I had a day shopping on my own and thought why not! I've recently been promoted at work and so thought I would reward my hard work.

I think I need to have a word with my cats, they're slacking.

I did make up a gift bag for a friend with a Christmas novel, chocolates, face mask, candle, mini Prosecco and luxury hot chocolate that I've decided to keep (she got something else).

@reluctantbrit you may be aware, but there is a 'rescue' thing you can try with shrunk woollens involving soaking it in loads of fabric conditioner. Might be a Youtube vid on it? Failing that, I understand that Turtledoves were offering to make you a free pair of gloves if you donated a jumper. Not sure on the acceptance criteria, but may be a thought.

Treated myself to a beautiful long, hooded, dressing gown, a craft gin, M&S Advent Calender.
I'm sure a couple of more gifts may fall into MY trolley when I'm being Santa ;)

DP can't be bothered to treat me so treating myself and he can buy his own too 😄

I bought a Ninja Creami in the Black Friday sale as an early Xmas present, most of my presents tend to be kitchen kit. My husband is then instructed to use them 😂

So far we’ve had mint-choc chip ice cream, raspberry ice cream, pineapple sorbet and mango sorbet. All amazing and very easy.

I have bought myself a chocolate marzipan advent calendar, a nice DAB radio to replace my old broken FM radio, a box of mint Lindor (my favourite Lindor!) and a mini screwdriver set. DH and I don't really do presents but I always buy him a few edible things - peanuts, bar of chocolate, jar of chutney etc - and put them in a stocking so I like to have something for me as well

I've ordered some chocolates from Rococo and a new Rosa rucksack.

And I bought a big candle from Jo Loves.

I always shop for myself at Christmas - partly because I'm out shopping so I see stuff I want and have no hope of getting from anyone else.

So far I treated myself to lux micro mink sheet set (heaven), some chocolates and a nice little necklace which I'm mad about. I also bought myself a sun catcher - that one I've told my husband to wrap for me

I’ve just bought myself an alien cow abduction thing, with sounds, from Amazon for my stocking. No one else will understand my urgent need for it 😁

I bought myself the Space NK advent calendar. I get a little beauty treat each morning.

Nothing can't afford anything

14 007 novels 2nd hand but are the 1978 editions I was forced to get rid so are priceless to me. The Tudors four series set again 2nd. Little chocolates for stocking. Next year will have loads of treats Molton brown etc. will save all year
