On another thread lots of people mentioned they were hoping to buy tickets. Just a heads up that if you preorder the album on her UK site today you’re eligible for a ticket presale code.

So my tips are keep breathing Grin and wait it out in the queue, don't panic and don't give up if it seems to chuck you out.
Think about the most you can pay and go for a point you are comfortable with first off. If you'd like standing but seated is ok then go for seated rather than hanging around trying to find standing tickets which are more in demand. For my dd it's being there that matters, where in the stadium was v much a secondary consideration. I'm pleased with our seats but I did chuck a bit if cash at it and just went for the all to well package so we got in.

My tip is if you are lucky enough to have tickets in your basket, buy them. I know multiple people who released tickets in the first presale and ended up with nothing for that date.

DD14 managed to get 2 tickets to Cardiff incredibly quickly on Wed afternoon. I thought she would be in the queue for hours but it took about 15 minutes! They cost a lot more than we’d budgeted for but they will be a birthday/Christmas present. Gutted I can’t go 😥

@RabbitsRock yes me too for Cardiff. Psyched myself up ready and after 30 mins in the waiting room bang on 3pm was allowed in. Tickets purchased in 5 minutes. I could have cried tears of relief and my DD was jumping across the room so all the stress was worth it

Tips I picked up from other threads was use your data rather than wifi if possible, clear all cookies beforehand and only have 1 browser open. And they hold your nerve and pray to any and everything

I did it first time with data but about 50 tabs open (on my phone) and the second time on WiFi with one only tab. No difference. Got tickets both times in about 20 minutes.

I think a lot of it is urban legend at this point!

If you're using AXS they themselves recommend using data as WiFi is more likely to crash at the payment stage. When you join the queue they ask for your email address and you're assigned a queue ID- I'd recommend joining on data on your phone and WiFi on laptop, you'll be in the same place in the queue on both but if one drops out you have the other (when it's your turn close one of them though otherwise it might say you have too many tabs).

My advice, have a max budget, select the ticket price at the top of that, and just check out with whatever it gives you.
