On another thread lots of people mentioned they were hoping to buy tickets. Just a heads up that if you preorder the album on her UK site today you’re eligible for a ticket presale code.

Oh sorry seen that you've tried a different one. Check your bank as people have had money taken and tickets gone through even when it seemed to crash on the payment screen!

Both Paris and Lyon sales have not happened. We are awaiting an updated time. How is this possible given the code situation?

Did they ask for a code at the start? I find it strange how for the pre sale they've asked for it at the end- this means tonnes of people can join the queue even without a code to try their luck and on multiple devices which causes the system to crash. Not sure if this is the case?

Not a code but I did follow a link that came with the code email. No sign of Paris restarting.What a waste of a day.

Does anyone know when the ticketmaster codes come on Friday (if we get one) will they only allow you to buy 4 tickets maximum? Or is that just for the pre sale?

It asked for my code at the start. I couldnt get into the q until i submitted my code. But its still suspended.

I think you can only buy 4 tickets max whether presale or general sale. I presume its to stop people buying 50 and selling them for £500 each later.

How is resale working? I thought there would be restrictions on selling on but there seem to be loads of people advertising the tickets for mega money.

Maybe I should have bought 4 and then sold two!!

Update - I got in at about 1:30pm for the August date and got some seats for tickets in the gods. Upset because the tickets I had in my basket earlier were fantastic seats, but I understand I'm lucky to have got any at all. Excited!

It is annoying to lose good seats but watching what a disaster the sales seem to be in Paris etc I'm also thinking myself lucky to have any at all (also the nosebleed seats)

We probably all need a Mumsnet t-shirt on instead of a Taylor one so we can wave at each other.

The NON sales you mean. they didnt bloody happen!
Could they have made any bigger a balls of it?
Vienna went on sale today too and went like clockwork, mainly cos it was not Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster do seem particularly shit. I was given axs and it seemed to work well.

DD spent most of yesterday trying, got as far as inputting her card details, then the system seemed to crash and she was timed out, so lost the tickets. DS tried today, and managed to buy some within 15 minutes of them going on sale at 11am.

Unclear about the age restrictions at Cardiff - do all under 16s need an over 18 with them or is that just in standing?

In the waiting room again but not feeling super excited this time. Will be gutted if I am cut out again. As this is our last chance for London. Will likely switch to Cardiff if not. And cross fingers for that. Feels like ticket master is not my lucky site.

So sorry you didn’t get tickets yesterday!!! Were you still getting chucked out the queue and error messages?

They just entirely sold out of all tickets but the £600 a pop ones. Which I can’t really justify, amazing though Taylor is.

Joined waiting room on dot of 10.30am and had bought standing by 11:20am. Debated buying four to take DD’s friends (if they paid obviously!) but decided to go just the two of us again- took her when she was little to the 1989 tour and we loved it. Am still actually shaking which is ridiculous. But am super happy!

So pleased for you!!! I wish i'd held my nerve for Wembley as finding accommodation in edinburgh a nightmare (we might end up staying in Glasgow at this rate) but I think i'd have had a nervous breakdown by now!!

I got two tickets for my friend to take her DD to Wembley. I'd already got two for me and DD to go to Edinburgh.
