Balsam Hill have a July sale on trees, wreaths and decorations, up to 50% off.

UrbanMage · 02/07/2022 08:47

Morphe have an up to 60% off sale ATM. Might help anyone with aspiring MUAs in the family.

NoWordForFluffy · 02/07/2022 08:55

I ditched my character.com basket when I saw they were charging £6 postage (despite the clothing bargains!).

WeRChristmas has a sale on until Monday.

OutofControl3 · 02/07/2022 09:01

@NoWordForFluffy no it's 3.99 and if sign up you get 10% off so works out good!

And free postage if you spend over a certain amount too

Frugi extra 10% off ends tomorrow if anyone was thinking of buying

Maybe they should put that at the top of the screen then. As I was filling my basket, it was keeping a running total and also telling me that my postage was £5.95, hence ditching it!

I've signed up before, so can't get the 10%!

£50. I'm not spending that!

PinkDaydreams · 02/07/2022 09:47

Be careful with character.com. I've given up buying from them anymore as the items I've had in the past have all been awful quality, mainly the pyjamas. Maybe I've just been unlucky but I got fed up wasting my money with them!

mac1974 · 02/07/2022 09:49

I know some people hate this shop but I was looking on Shien last night and they've got loads of stationery/bracelet type items that would make lovely stocking fillers.

Wow that surprises me as we have found them great quality.

Cuwins · 02/07/2022 10:13

@NoWordForFluffy I wouldn't normally but my sister, myself and a friend are doing an order together to save on the postage

sorryiasked · 02/07/2022 10:15

Do any of you use the Gift List app (red present/gold ribbon logo)?
There's an option to add a photo to each gift which I can do, but when I go back in I can't see the photo, just a box for "change picture", and if I click on that I just get a black screen.
Anyone else?

Ah, good plan!

PinkDaydreams · 02/07/2022 10:23

I went Into m&s to get the dad chocs mentioned here the other day but none left. I did pick up these though for £2 each. Use by march 2023. No idea how much they were meant to be.

The sale actually runs until 14th July, and they usually go up to 70% off at the end 😉

mac1974 · 02/07/2022 12:32

Not really Xmas related but I popped to H&M to buy a pack of 2 T-shirts that's online in the sale for £5 but it's £3.99 delivery which I didn't want to pay. When I got to the store they were selling them individually...one was £5 and the other £2. When I challenged them they gave it me at the £5 for 2 but I thought that was really naughty of them. Just check any instore offers v online.

Cantthinkofabettername · 02/07/2022 13:54

Apologies if anyone has already mentioned it but Superdrug have a sale on (I’m rubbish and can’t do a link!) got a couple of small bags for my older kids for festivals 😎

Cantthinkofabettername · 02/07/2022 13:55

Sorry I meant SUPERDRY … forget being able to not link, I can’t even post properly!!

Thegirlhasnamechanged · 02/07/2022 20:05

Accessorizr have a decent sale on. They have 3 for 2 on jewellery items which also works on the stuff in the sale so some right bargains to be had for stocking fillers (or getting yourself some new earrings because your toddler has somehow made all yours vanished…)

ClaraLane · 02/07/2022 20:23

I accidentally tripped and fell into the Frugi sale and have sorted out some Christmas presents for the kids plus niece’s birthday present for November, result!

@Thegirlhasnamechanged ’s post reminded me that I popped into Accessorize a couple of weeks ago and got some lovely clip on earrings for DD, thought she’d be less likely to lose them than if I bought her the sticker ones!

Blixem · 02/07/2022 20:49

For any little Ben and Holly fans (DD loves it) Argos have the figures pack for £5 and Holly's wand for £4.
I've just got them for DD.

Givealittlebit · 02/07/2022 20:54

Jumping on, as summer obviously means Christmas planning 😂 that and I'd rather spread as much as possible thanks to the fear of paying for heating in winter!

Heads up if it's the purple wand - warning there is no off button!!
