Christmas Dinner - what's on your plate?!

I'm cooking this year, we're having:
Turkey
Ham
Pigs in blankets
Sausage meat stuffing
Sage and onion stuffing
Yorkshire pudding (a request from DD)
Roast potatoes,
Roast parsnips
Roast carrots
Sprouts (none of us like them but I still do them)
Bread sauce
Cranberry sauce
Gravy
(Apple sauce, mint sauce and horseradish have also been requested)

Ive got peas and broccoli but I might not bother with them.

How about you?

I will have:

Maybe vegetarian sausage if I can be bothered to cook it.
Tbh I am happy with just the vegetables.

Fondant carrots with thyme
Sprouts with chestnuts and pancetta
Braised red cabbage with Bramley apple in
Roast potatoes
Roast parsnip
Loads of proper homemade gravy with chicken stock made and frozen last month

Pudding - I bought a sticky toffee Christmas pudding from M&S, but my 17 yo is currently making a Yule log, so we will have that at some point as well.

Home made - it’s just the easiest thing ever - slice Bramley apples, mix in frozen raspberries and top with crumble (I use proportions from Nigellas How To Eat) and bung it in the oven - no need to pre cook fruit.

Sometimes if I’m feeling fancy I use frozen summer berries (raspberries, redcurrants, blackberries).

All these sound amazing!
DH is in isolation and we would have been at in laws so mad dash has provided me:

Roasted veg- Brussels, parsnips, potatoes, carrots, broccoli
Cranberry sauce (I'm the only one that eats it !)
