Disappointed with Christmas tree

For the past 3 years we have got real Christmas trees, we went somewhere different this year and I am so disappointed with how it looks.
It looked fine in the garden centre, but now it’s decorated I can’t see past its funny shape, especially with our tree from 2 years ago just showing on Snapchat memories and how perfectly shaped it was 😭
It’s very obvious which is which, I can’t wait for this one to come down!

I accidentally had a ‘Christmas bush’ one year- the one time we chose one already wrapped up and didn’t see it actually standing. Alll the branches were at the base and went out almost 2 metres then there was one super long bit sticking out the top! I have to laugh now when I think about it as it was a good memory from a pretty bad year. Hope you find a way to love your tree too.

I love it! Your last years one was really lovely though so I can imagine when comparing back it doesn’t seem as nice.

I have a tendency to pick the less desirable of things when it comes to plants/pets as I don’t like the thought of them being left unpicked and on their own

It's a tree and it looks lovely. Christmas will still happen.

It's anodized aluminium wire, beloved of bonsai enthusiasts. You wrap it round the branches and bend them into position.

I think its name is Buddy it is an overgrown elf in disguise 🎉

Cat seems to like it and that's all that matters!
