I’ve given up my hunt for a dinosaur squishmallow for dd, I sent a male friend looking for them yesterday after having to explain what a squishmallow was, he had no success, I’m guessing the are all gone now.

Any ideas for my loveky DNeice. She is having a tough time having just started High school with loads of bullying, no friends and now she is school refusing. She is in to art (and would like alcohol brush pens but they are waaaaaay over budget). Looking to spend about £20. Got her sisters things they could use as a family (3 kids). I'm stuck for her. What are your 12 year old children wanting? Thanks as always for the ideas.

@Thisisbatshit depending on where your DNiece lives, could you buy her a local art course? There are some near us specifically for teenagers (via Zoom or in person), she might enjoy being in a group of new people if she's not enjoying school?

Have you looked at arteza? They do brilliant art supplies, and not as expensive as a lot of the competitors. They do smaller packs too as well as their large ones, and often do vouchers etc too.

@BlueFlavour thank you, a poinsettia could be lovely but I’m worrying about transporting it as the gifts get passed between a few family members before reaching the recipient.

It was down to this price on John Lewis around Black Friday but went out of stock quickly. Everywhere else seems to be between £25-30. I almost resigned and bought it full price yesterday from Amazon but forgot then checked the basket today and it had gone down
