DD’s old dance school have done their show!

We didn’t used to be able to put the tree up until after the dance show, so dd had space to practice. She doesn’t dance anymore, but that always felt like a good time to start Christmas, so I keep an eye on her old dance school’s FB page!

I love Box of Delights!! How do you watch it? I can’t find it anywhere.

I bought it on dvd I don't know how many years ago! At least a decade. We usually go and buy our tree the day school breaks up, decorate it in the afternoon and then settle down to watch. We usually watch it in 2 sittings over 2 days.

not Christmas until nine lessons and carols is on the radio Christmas Eve afternoon

Our church choir come out of the vestry at 6.30 pm on Christmas Eve and we sing ' Once in royal David's city'. Christmas doesn't begin for me until then
