eBay have 10% off lots of things.
I used my nectar points (as now they're not doing the double up!)
Managed to get DS a hoverboard & x2 switch games for around £100!

mumonthehill · 22/10/2021 17:45

Thanks for the WH Smith codes, have resisted up to now but gave in and have a lovely haul heading my way!

sleepingrabbits · 22/10/2021 17:49

@Motherofplants

Did I read there was an extra discount code for lego to add to the amazon vouchers or am I going mad?! I'm after the 4+ stygimoloch escape set!
@Motherofplants just find the Lego item on Amazon and if there is a voucher for money off it will appear on the listing and you can tick it. It seems some people having issues getting it to take the money off at check out. I wouldn't say it's massive savings, so hasn't pushed me to buy. As not all the sets I was after have vouchers.
thaegumathteth · 22/10/2021 17:51

Asda have the 1L baileys for £12

@ramonaquimby

numt, that’s your 1st post

Agree with crocodile…..no biggie if a thread isn’t immediately started. There is real life out there! Massive cheers to Reastie and Chips
And also (since I’ve begun…) , is it just me or anyone else noticing that some posters have lost the ability to scroll up and down a thread looking for codes etc? It’s not that hard. So many requests asking others to repeat information that’s easy to find

Would also be mega helpful if people put shop or offer in bold. This makes such a difference when scrolling back but not many people do.

Don't suppose anybody has a FREE DELIVERY code for Sock Shop?

Motherofplants · 22/10/2021 17:54

@sleepingrabbits I thought there was something about LEGO10 as well but think I am going mad and that was possibly for Argos! I saw the voucher issues people are having, very unlike amazon!

Apologies but I've found some codes difficult to find as not all of them are bold. Also the search function isn't always the easiest to use, especially on a mobile!Smile I apologise for asking for the WHSmith codes, I've tried to be helpful in return though by posting the Julia donaldson book that I know was mentioned as being cheap on Amazon but it's even cheaper using the WHS codes.
thaegumathteth · 22/10/2021 17:57

Asda also have a lot of really nice Disney mugs and stuff and Christmas mason jars and mugs. Quite a lot of them are £3+ and good value I think. Might be good for a hamper or to go with hot chocolate etc.

NigelSlatersXmasTaters · 22/10/2021 17:58

"Asda have the 1L baileys for £12"

But usually Morrison's follow that with a litre for £10. I'm holding out Grin!

If a thread gets full then yeah, start one I say. Reastie might've taken herself off to a retreat with cocktail waiters and private chefs and no MN! However, the other thread isn't full and then ends with people not knowing where to post.

XiCi · 22/10/2021 18:00

@closetparty

Has anyone seen any Boden codes about? I always seem to get them when I don't need them!
I posted this at the end of the last thread. Not sure if anyone has used it. Its £10 off a £30 spend. Expires tonight.

£6 off Snuggables Santa microwave pack
Moshulu currently has 25% off. I’m getting FiL some slippers!
Wilko has 20% off Christmas trees with code TREE20

Jumpingintochristmas · 22/10/2021 18:22

@closetparty that code on offer goes in the gift voucher section. If you put K6T9 into the promo section you get 20% off plus free delivery too.

Ricekrispie22 · 22/10/2021 18:25

Just like Asda, Tesco has 1l Baileys for £12, but the offer applies for the chocolate and orange truffle varieties too which I haven’t seen in Asda.

Ricekrispie22 · 22/10/2021 18:28

The new Gangsta Granny is half price in Smiths and you get a free kids book (InvestiGators)

sorryiasked · 22/10/2021 18:36

@sleepingrabbits having spent hours the other night trying to suss out the nectar points from ebay, I came to the concluding that they could only be spent on ebay. I think if you go into your account you can exchange for a voucher.

FilthyforFirth · 22/10/2021 18:49

Found this cute little brooch for my bird loving mother on amazon warehouse for £2.98. The reviews are really good!

Thank you @MissCherryCakeyBun for the new thread

RainbowPhilosophy · 22/10/2021 18:56

Not very exciting perhaps, but in Asda they have Green & Black's taster packs reduced from £5.50 to £3.50

Dreamingofwalden · 22/10/2021 18:56

@PinkDaydreams

Son really likes car washes at the minute. I've seen this set on eBay but begrudge paying £40 for it as I know it originally was alot cheaper from Lidl/Aldi. Anyway, does anyone know when Lidl and Aldi start stocking their wooden track items please? Aldi on the site have a few wooden toys but mainly kitchens etc.
@PinkDaydreams I am stalking Lidl waiting for news of their trains. I bought a big box of second hand train set for my eldest when he was a toddler. Over the years have added some fancy Brio bits to it. But DS1 and my twins (2) all fight over the two Lidl battery powered trains from the second hand box. I’ve been looking for them on marketplace but no luck so now I’m waiting for Lidl to release them in store. I will tag you if I spot anything.
Puffalicious · 22/10/2021 19:01

RiceKrispie22 love Moshulu thanks for that.

PinkDaydreams · 22/10/2021 19:03

@Dreamingofwalden thank you! DS got loads of tracks last Xmas and year before but only really got into over the last six months or so. Those battery trains do look good thank you, they'll make a useful stocking filler!

Okkaaayyyy · 22/10/2021 19:07

Hi does anyone have a referral link for Joe browns that hasn't been used please?
You can get £10 off but it only can be used 10 times a day and every link I've used has been used too many times thanks

clpsmum · 22/10/2021 19:19

Placemarking!

NigelSlatersXmasTaters · 22/10/2021 19:23

Thanks for the cute brooch for MIL!

It doesn't come in a box so I need a little pouch or something. Any ideas?
