For those of us that ordered the BakedIn sticky toffee cake kit from Amazon a few days ago - the use by date on mine is 30 November which I don’t feel is acceptable. I’ve been onto Amazon and they’ve refunded no question and do not want the item returned. Now I’ll just use it as a baking activity half term rather than gift it as planned. You may want to check yours and consider an Amazon chat
