@Nearlyadoctor Lots of us on here have the Spicery legend kits. I have the curry and taco legend kits and have bought spice refills as I use them so often. I have also gifted them. The only thing I’d say is that the books are not full size - they’re about 10-15 cm tall and whilst that doesn’t bother me at all, it may be something to think about for your 79 year old recipient in terms of handling and possibly eyesight. If that’s not a concern then I’d fully recommend.

Hot diamonds stuff comes with lovely packaging - it’s a white box with pink lining (padded depending on what you have bought) with a gift bag and some pink tissue included as well. I had a 30% off a few months back (before I found these threads) and used it on clearance, which got me well ahead with Christmas x
