Ooh I'm proper fuming with Amazon! The Lego codes weren't working for me either, so I got in touch with customer services who said to go ahead and order and then get back in touch and they'd reimburse me immediately. So I did, and was then told I have to wait for delivery before they can reimburse me. So if they change their mind again then it's too late for me to cancel to order and I'll have the faff of arranging a return, excellent. Then I come here to moan and see that everyone else has been offered credit prior to placing the order!

I lost my battle with the customer services chat but have now taken to Twitter where they, so far, appear much more helpful 🤞🤞

@SpamIAm amazon chat wouldn't give me credit either and said if it wasn't working it was my fault as I didn't understand the T&Cs 🙄 I just set up another amazon account and it went through on that.
