@Toddlermum1990

Does anyone recommend the kids echo dot? I want to get it fir my 4 year old but not sure if irs any good? Thanks
You can normally buy a normal echo for a good price in autumn - about £20. However, for the free subscription to Amazon kids, storytelling and child-appropriate content etc I would get the kids one. It’s £59 at the moment but went down to £39 a couple of weeks ago I think, so I would be tempted to keep an eye on the price.
SomethingOfTheNight · 11/09/2021 09:45

Thank you for the Fossil link. Got a wallet for DS originally £55 but reduced in sale and with stacking codes down to £10.30 delivered. Smile

clpsmum · 11/09/2021 09:58

Fossil won't accept the discount code for me how annoying

Daisy829 · 11/09/2021 10:00

@Riverhouse where was the date sticker on H&B? I’ve checked the box but can’t see it. I’ve not opened it as it’s for my Xmas.

FiloFaxx · 11/09/2021 10:08

I've just had the Hermes email saying they're expecting my H&B parcel 😂

Toddlermum1990 · 11/09/2021 10:20

@PastelGiraffe thank you, I've saved the kids one to my basket and am going to keep my eye on it for a few weeks for a price drop hopefully. Thanks so much

WayneBruce · 11/09/2021 10:21

Fossil wallet bought for £18, (click on the header at the top to see the items with 30% off, there's loads of items and as pp said, sign up to receive a stackable 15% code). Free delivery too.

Also just got the Woodwick candle at £12 , just the one but the colour will work in the recepients homes. Bought 2 and to get free delivery over £30 spend added 2 car filter fragrances which can be stocking fillers. This took it to £31 so free delivery acheived.
Thanks to the posters for those!!!

Some of the Little People Big Dreams books are reduced to £5 - David Attenborough, Stephen Hawking and Capt Tom Moore (haven't checked prices elsewhere but they're normally £8-10). Using the Amazon app so big links sorry!

Also The Enormous Crocodile is £2.99. That's taken me right back to primary school so I've just ordered a copy.

My DH is going to be thrilled I'm adding 4 books to the masses already overtaking our house 😂

Riverhouse · 11/09/2021 10:37

@Daisy829 it's just a small one on the sleeve surrounding the box. I've looked inside and none of the items have dates on them so I'm just going to carefully peel of the date sticker

Just thought I'd pop in to say how impressed I am with bakedin. I bought the cinnamon bun kits and we made one to see what they were like, inside the box I had a code to get my first month for £4 so we did that and this morning I recieved a free box on top of the discounted one thats coming soon!

whoknows1230 · 11/09/2021 11:00

Missed UNO Showdown. I put it in my basket to think about it then went back to buy it and it had gone. I was disappointed so clearly a sign that I need it 😀

Oh wow! They are impressive aren't they. I'm thinking of making a batch later. How easy do you think it'll be to half the ingredients? (I think they make too many for us to eat in one batch. So I'm thinking half this wkd, half next wkd)
lifelongfrugaleer · 11/09/2021 11:07

I’ve just got the bogof towels at £7.73 which was my final decider

Paperchase 20% Off Code: SAVE20
Stacks with 3 for 2 back to school offer

DamitJamit · 11/09/2021 11:24

@AnotherOne4 not sure about halving it but you could make the whole batch and then freeze one of the trays? Their website says: 'When baking cinnamon buns, make them to the point of being oven ready and once in the baking tins, freeze them. You can do this in bulk or in individual portions. As soon as you need them, pop them in the fridge to defrost (ideally the night before), then bring back to room temperature and bake them as normal when you’re ready.'

WellThatsATurnipForTheBooks · 11/09/2021 11:26

@SomethingOfTheNight

The portable firepit mentioned earlier has 20% off now if anyone missed out on the 30% offer.
Thank you, I've just bought one.

After seeing it last night I've been mulling it over in my mind and regretted not getting it.

Not sure if it will be for us or for a camping buddy.

CamdenLurker · 11/09/2021 11:27

Thanks for the Fossil link, just picked up two belts for £25 total, actual price was £35 each so a real bargain.

whoknows1230 · 11/09/2021 11:30

@dizzygirl1 thank you so much, I just ordered one from Argos x

Trumpton · 11/09/2021 11:32

My Holland and Barrett box arrived. It cost me £10 but it is the £40 box !
Now I have a conundrum …it’s too much to give to my niece ,it would unbalance the rest of the family presents.
I think I will sort a selection for her and keep the more mature stuff for me.
Win win

So jealous of the boxes, I missed them!

Sorry about the Rocket and Rose, don't know what happened. A sponsored ad popped up with Christmas fiver Friday on and then I couldn't find it again. Will keep an eye out.

Trying hard not to treat myself to a fossil belt bag!
