If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

No affiliate links please.

Referral thread here to use for if you’re posting your personal referral link to others.

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me know if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

@Haveyoubrushedyourteeth do you have a link per chance? It keeps bringing me to peg not found, or says the 2021 is out soon, can't find the bargain one in the sale? Thanks x

sorryiasked · 01/09/2021 22:09

@Willyoujustpivot bought a hanging chair from them about 5 years ago and still on their mailing list. They're selling the company which is why other stock is still at normal prices.

Haveyoubrushedyourteeth · 01/09/2021 22:13

Sorry @yeknom yes that's it...idiot here has managed to order and pay for a heap of stuff from there and not even realise which website it was! Many apologies, its been a long long day.

Spotted these new Christmas M&S tea tins on a FB group. Thought they looked nice for £4 - could work as part of a hamper or just alongside some posh biscuits?

I accidentally managed to order 4 of those lovely Jacques of London toys. Packaged beautifully I am not trying to think of who else I can give them to rather than send back!

HungryHippo11 · 01/09/2021 22:33

@Thisisbatshit

Just bought some Dr Zigs bubbles for DN- they aren't really bargainous, but I have given as a gift a few times and they go down really well. They are giant bubbles which are great for mixed age groups of children (even I enjoy playing!). The set I bought has bubble concentrate in a Christmas bauble and a wand for £15.95. Bubble concentrate lasts a while and they can reuse the wand next time.

Got them from babipur (I was buying other things- free delivery over £40). Code buddy takes off 10% bubbles here

As an aside- the kids face masks by piccalilly fit my children well and are now on sale there for £3.50 if anyone still needs them for the school bus etc. Also their paper tape (like masking tape but either pictures on- rainbows or foxes etc) is REALLY popular with my children who make all kinds of crafty things with it. A lovely stocking filler. Again not a huge bargain at almost £4 but when at the rate my children use it it lasts forever.

Wankel! @Thisisbatshit

OMG the Winnie the Pooh Lego…..I want it!

yoshiblue · 01/09/2021 22:37

In our local Aldi tonight they had Pokemon card boxes for £8.99. These are usually about £13 in Tesco/Sainsburys so a good price. They are 'theme decks' so you get two of a lot of the cards so you can play with a friend, also a paper playmat and maybe a coin too, so you can play the actual game.

There were also various other toy bits reduced, leftover Summer stock, holiday/card games etc. Definitely worth a quick look next time you're near one for stocking fillers etc.

@ Waveafterwaveslowlydrifting have you tried Facebook marketplace for the gaming chair? Sounds random but we’ve picked one up free off there before and they’re on there often, usually listed free or under £10 local to us. Ours was in great condition too.
We are now looking for a desk type one and they cost lots more money, even secondhand, but the floor ones still go for nothing.

oatmilkisntsobad · 01/09/2021 23:01

@Gimmemoredonuts

I've gone mad! I bought 2 when they were at £4 and now they're even cheaper I've bought another 2. I couldn't help myself! What on earth am I going to do with 4 kits?!
oatmilkisntsobad · 01/09/2021 23:02

Make that 3 more kits!

oatmilkisntsobad · 01/09/2021 23:02

Someone please send help!

Waveafterwaveslowlydrifting · 01/09/2021 23:05

Thanks @CasparBloomberg I will keep a look out on my local marketplace.

Youcanchangeyournamebut · 01/09/2021 23:07

Can anyone explain what is special about the cinnamon bun kit? I make them from scratch but am I missing a trick? Are the trays in the kit reusable? (Sorry, I realise this is sacrilege!)

Doghairismyglitter · 01/09/2021 23:10

I’ve fallen so far behind, I’ve blinked and got pages to catch up on, didn’t even realise there was a new thread! Placemarking again Smile

Notlongnow1 · 01/09/2021 23:22

@thisisbatshit gutted @hungryhippo11 beat me to it! We love our Dr Zigs and tape too!

Notlongnow1 · 01/09/2021 23:24

@youcanchangeyournamebut if you make them from scratch anyway, I wouldn't say you're missing much. They are a bit of fun and easy to do but just a foil tray nothing fancy!
