Argos 2 for £15 looks like it has a few new things in it. The Lego t-Rex 3 in 1 (mentioned earlier at Amazon) is on there as well as a couple of meccano options for different ages, large stationery sets, Bol pens, Lego dots jewellery boxes etc. Worth a look.

If you haven't bought a fossil advent calendar yet, then check out Jurassic Jim on Facebook. He owns an amazing fossil shop on Isle of Wight and puts together advent calendars from his fossil shop at really good prices. I buy my crackers from him each year as he does packs up with stones, or fossils, or gem stones made into dinosaurs etc so people actually want the gift inside and they cost less than cheap shop ones.
You can drop him a message and say what you want, or he has a system that he puts things on fb and people comment they want it and he adds it to a pile for them and then posts once a month unless you say you want it immediately.
